# 2- Great one!

# 3 – A really  potent full moon this month….with lots of other astrological aspects going on….

Here’s an excerpt from astrograph.com’s article on the current cosmic happenings….

Saturday’s Full Moon reminds us that we are powerful humans, each on an important and uniquely individual soul quest that, while deriving from each one of us, yet provides the solution to the situation of the social setting in which we find ourselves. The Moon in the social sign of Capricorn squares individualistic Mars, opposite Uranus in Aries, the sign that he rules. The Cancer Sun squares both of these points and looks on, in a nurturing way, at all the running around that we do in attempt to make everything work out. This is an extremely powerful configuration due to the current outer planet alignments, with chimes made as well to Pluto in Capricorn and in wide square to Uranus, which in turn is being strongly aspected by Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn. This complex interlocking arrangement in the heavens corresponds to the intense amalgamation of energies that we are currently dealing with down here in Earth school, where wisdom comes slowly, and steadily, as we explore our overt choices and our hidden motivations…

And here’s an entertaining, informative, insightful take on the Capricorn moon by Jessica Shepherd at mooncircles.com that start out….

Before the Uranus-Pluto square began making matters of life direction (and pretty much everything) tougher to unravel, it was much easier for me to offer Joseph Campbell’s career advice to those clients who were miserable in their professions. “Follow your bliss” I’d say, and point to the major career indicators in the chart: Sun (creative ego), the MidHeaven sign and Tenth House Planets (mission, purpose; what you are here to contribute to the world), Venus (joy). But in recent years it’s struck me that some people cannot or do not know how to connect their own happiness. Happiness belongs to the Moon.

# 5 – And I recently got this clever little Note From the Universe (tut.com) in my inbox…..

Oh sure, Zirah, you can knock and it will be opened. Seek and it will be found. Ask and it will be answered. But you can also just say “thanks” in advance.

And believing, you’ll see that that which you stood in need of was there all along.

Ways To Start The New Year Out Right?

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – Here’s an insightful post from Holistic Nutrition Coach Nancy Desjardins (www.healthlady.com) that may give you some ideas and inspiration for starting the new year off on the right foot….

10 Inspirational Ways to Start the New Year Out Right

Tuesday, December 31, 2013

I’m really excited about the coming year and all of the possibilities in store for us! How about you? As I look back on this year, I’ve seen huge transitions in many areas of my life, but all in a positive way.

I know many of you can relate to this because of the changes you’ve gone through, too! That’s why so many of us are ready for the next chapter in our lives to begin. And, as the saying goes, “When one door closes, another opens.” So, 2014, here we come!

In 2014, I’ll be putting more energy around workshops and coaching online and offline, which will give me the chance to work on a deeper level with clients.

If you’re into astrology, you’re probably aware that we’re experiencing a rare phenomenon this month: the month begins on a new moon and ends on a new moon. Nadiya Shah, an astrologer here in Toronto, explained really well what this means:

“For two moons to take place in a single month is a powerful omen of beginning. The new moons represent ‘beginnings’ or ‘fresh starts’—they are the seeds that you plant. It’s the time to set intention into place now. It’s the time to take your journal out and start planting seeds for a beautiful harvest in the fall.”

I know that many of you have tried everything in the book to improve your health, but it’s not working. It may be that you’re stuck in another key area of your life, which is affecting your health and preventing you from moving forward.

That’s why I’m advising you to not feel pressured into starting a membership at a gym or joining a detox class on January 1. In all honesty, if you haven’t mastered the most simple, fundamental principles of health and wellness, you might be setting yourself up for yet another failure . . . been there, done that . . . I know how it feels.

Today, I just want to share 10 simple things you can do right now to remove some of the obstacles that are blocking your path to better health and wellness. You’ll see that reaching your goals is not just about “doing”; it’s a way of “being.”

10 Inspirational Ways to Start the New Year Out Right

I’ve been a huge fan of Marc and Angel’s blog for some time now! I always get inspired when I read their blog posts; there’s so much truth in them.

Here are 10 of my favorite inspirational messages that we can all apply in our daily lives. I know that each of you will be able to relate to these messages in your own special way.

1. Start by asking yourself “how” or “what” questions such as, “how do I accomplish what I want?” or “what steps can I take to improve my situation?” And let’s stop asking ourselves self-defeating “why” and “when” questions, such as “why did this happen to me?” or “when will my bad luck end?” Those types of questions put you in the role of helpless victim and never serve you well. The truth is that life has its “ups” and “downs,” and we’re going to experience the “downs” at one time or another. But, what’s important is how we deal with them.

2. Learn to let GO of what wasn’t meant to be. Letting go is part of moving on to something better. You won’t get what you truly deserve if you’re too attached to the things you’re supposed to let go of. Sometimes you love, and you struggle, and you learn, and you move on. And that’s okay. You must be willing to let go of the life you had planned for yourself so you can enjoy the life that’s waiting for you. ”

3. Don’t wish your life away. The truth is that your whole life has been leading up to this moment. Think about that for a second. Every single thing you’ve gone through in life—every high, every low, and everything in between—has led you to this moment right now. This moment is priceless, and it’s the only moment guaranteed to you. This moment is your life so don’t miss it.

4. What are you tolerating? What in your current life are you just tolerating? What drains your energy or constantly bugs you? Start addressing these things one by one to make room for the new, good stuff coming your way.

5. Get rid of clutter. This means not only physical clutter but also the clutter of too many distractions, activities, and commitments that are sucking your time and energy.

6. Refine your relationships. Look at all of your close relationships, both personal and professional. Are there any that are draining you, upsetting you, or causing you problems? How can you release these people or change your relationship with them to make room for important, new relationships?

7. Reduce your commitments. This one has been very challenging for me but so rewarding. Our lives are so often cluttered with things that we need to do—at home, work, or school; in our religious or civic lives; with friends and family; with hobbies; and so on.

Take a look at each area of your life and write down all of the commitments you’ve made. Seeing it written down can be quite an eye-opening experience, as well as overwhelming. Then, look at each one and decide whether it really brings you joy and value, and if it’s worth the amount of time that you’re investing in it. Another way to reduce your commitments is to identify a few that you truly love, and get rid of the rest. Learn how to say “no” and decline offers. If you eliminate the things that don’t bring you joy or value, you’ll have more time for the things that you love!

8. Remember the importance of forgiveness. The importance of forgiveness has everything to do with your own well-being. Through forgiveness, you literally set yourself free! How does that work? When forgiveness takes place, we naturally release the disturbing thoughts and emotions that are draining our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The result is greater health and happiness, in addition to the endless benefits that forgiveness brings.

9. Forget what everyone thinks and wants for you. One of the greatest freedoms you can experience is simply not caring what everyone else thinks of you. Sometimes you need to step outside, get some air, and remind yourself who you are and what you want to be.

The best thing you can do is to follow your heart. Sometimes that means taking risks. Don’t just accept the safe and easy choices because you’re afraid of what others will think, or afraid of what might happen. If you do, nothing will ever happen. Don’t let small minds convince you that your dreams are too big because they aren’t.

10. Life isn’t a race; you have nothing to prove to othersEveryone wants to get to the top of the mountain first and shout, “Look at me! Look at me!” But the truth is, all your happiness and growth occur while you’re climbing, not while you’re sitting at the top.

Enjoy the journey by paying attention to each step. Don’t rush through your life and miss it. Forget where everyone else is in relation to you. This isn’t a race. You get there a little at a time, not all at once. Let go of the foolish need to prove yourself to everyone else, and you’ll free yourself to accomplish what matters most to you. Sometimes you just have to remind yourself that you don’t have to always be and do what everyone else is being and doing.

And I’ll close today’s post with something I received yesterday in an e-mail from my friend Carole. It’s a wonderful prayer/blessing that expresses so well what I wish for us all in 2014….

“In this new year, may you have a deep understanding of your true value and worth, an absolute faith in your unlimited potential, peace of mind in the midst of uncertainty, the confidence to let go when you need to, acceptance to replace your resistance, gratitude to open your heart, the strength to meet your challenges, great love to replace your fear, forgiveness and compassion for those who offend you, clear sight to see your best and true path, hope to dispel obscurity, the conviction to make your dreams come true, meaningful and rewarding synchronicities, dear friends who truly know and love you, a childlike trust in the benevolence of the universe, the humility to remain teachable, the wisdom to fully embrace your life exactly as it is, the understanding that every soul has its own course to follow, the discernment to recognize your own unique inner voice of truth, and the courage to learn to be still.”    author- Janet Rebhan

# 5 – The free Holistic Weight Summit has a great line-up of speakers, and since the holidays are often a time of over-eating or unhealthy eating, this is probably the perfect time for this to be offered :-)…

This free 7-day event will kick off next Monday, December 9th at 5:30 pm PST and run until Sunday, December 15th.

They will be broadcasting two holistic weight loss speakers each day and you will have complimentary access to their sessions for 36 hours. Presenters include David Wolfe, Daniel Vitalis and Dr. Gabriel Cousens. You can sign up here.

# 6 – As Tweetie Bird might say “Tweak, tweak.” :-)

At the heart of every condition is a vibrational pattern—a rather minor tweaking of vibrational patterning (sort of like the hub of a wheel) can affect tremendously out there on the peripheral of this big wheel… A little bit of tweaking on the emotion can make big differences in the way the physical manifestation occurs.—Abraham

“Bucky Knows Best”…again, community, EMFs, oil cleanse, oil pulling, Parenting With Presence, and Abraham

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – A few days ago I put together a post that featured a quote from Buckminster Fuller and tagged the tip “Bucky Knows Best.” I guess that would make this “Bucky Knows Best: Part Deux.” :-)

# 2 – The importance of community in the evolutionary process (this ties in nicely with Tip # 1 :-))…

When you break up the individuals from a community into individual units, they become disempowered because it’s the collective consciousness and the collective energy of the group from which power comes. The principal driving force that lies before us, is that we have to recognize the nature of community as the evolutionary step that we just took a step backwards from in the last century” ~Bruce Lipton quoted from his appearance on Healing With The Masters

We can’t do this by ourselves. Evolution is not a solo journey. It is essential to do it in community.” ~ Hope Fitzgerald

# 4 – The Shift Network is sponsoring a free event many of you may be interested in…

It’s the Parenting With Presence Summit, hosted by Susan Stiffelman, the author of Parenting without Power Struggles and parenting columnist for the Huffington Post. This special event features more than 20 of the world’s leading parenting experts and thought-leaders—exploring how to grow as a parent and raise more joyful, resilient and authentic children.

This free event takes place online, June 4th – 7th, so you can listen from the comfort of your home. When you register you’ll have access to profound conversations as Susan connects with Marianne Williamson, Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt, don Miguel Ruiz, John Gray, Gary Zukav, Marci Shimoff, Congressman Tim Ryan and many more.

No matter what your relationship is with the children in your life, this summit will provide you with information that should have come in the “owner’s manual” that you wish accompanied every child—but doesn’t! Get all the details here.

# 5- I’ve always thought it isn’t good to get too caught up in the gender thing or being male or female. Seems to often polarize people, instead of create a sense of Oneness. We are all composed of both male and female energies. Here’s Abe’s take on things…

“Gender identity” is inconsequential from an Energy standpoint. In other words, when we view anything that is physical, we see the Energy of it, and we note that the Energy of what you call male and female is equal in all things.—Abraham

# 3 – A simple trick from Emmanuel Dagher to energize your water…

Hey you! Here’s a special high vibe process that will bring instant vitality to your body, mind & energy.

Did you know that if you shake your drinking water for 30 seconds or longer before drinking it, it energizes the water which in turn energizes the person also drinking it? Since our body is made up of over 70% water, drinking energized water has a very powerful effect on us!

The process is simple:

Step 1: Pour your drinking water of choice in a glass bottle 1/2 full.
Step 2: Shake the bottle for about 30 seconds or so.
Step 3: Express gratitude towards the water.
Step 4: Drink & enjoy!

I like to do this little process daily especially in the morning before I eat or drink anything else. It sets a great tone for the day, and before you know it, you start to feel much more energized.

As always, I love to hear your experiences!

We’re all in this together! ♥ Emmanuel

(Another way to energize, balance, and harmonize your water is to use a Vibes Up water bottle; it would make the perfect container to use for shaking your water. There are two different styles to choose from; I have one of each and love them both. I use them all day every day, not just when I’m on the go. You can check my previous posts for more on these visionary award-winning products that bring Science, Spirit and Nature together. Also, another way to energize water is to boil it.)

# 4 – A heart-warming story for all you animal lovers…

http://www.care2.com/causes/cat-trappers-have-perfect-recipe-for-catching-bedraggled-dog.html

# 5 – The 2013 Holistic Weight Summit is coming up!

This free 30-day global event will bring together the world’s leading experts in natural weight loss and holistic health. During the summit you discover natural ways to burn fat in your sleep, how to transform low energy into vitality and zest for life, simple movements and practices to use to stay fit, how to strengthen your immune system and prevent disease while increasing energy and well-being, and much, much more. You can sign up here.

# 6 – An astrological update from the folks at astrograph.com

Tuesday’s First Quarter Moon is that phase in the lunar cycle when the rubber meets the road – the time when our concrete plans from the New Moon one week prior, and our cherished ideals as well, must measure up to the standards of practicality set for us by a world seemingly indifferent to our original level of enthusiasm. These very issues have become much more poignant lately, with Saturn, and Jupiter also, so prominent in the monthly configurations. In the current skies, restrictive Saturn and enthusiasticJupiter remain within a degree of a quincunx aspect to each other, as Saturntrines Chiron, the Wounded Healer, while Jupiter squares it. There is plenty of attitude in these three planetary archetypes in collision, representing the pain of recognizing where indeed we cannot get what we want coupled with a strong sense of the ideal that we would like to believe is somehow still possible; and this is true on either a personal or a global level.

Then, too, the Spring Equinox of Wednesday, March 20th, is a dramatic one, with this same configuration of outer planet energies and several other strong aspects to take into consideration, as head-strong Mars conjuncts impulsive Uranus in Aries even more closely. We might need to be aware that everyone around us is more impetuous than usual, ourselves included, with accidents and outbursts a distinct possibility. At the time of Tuesday’s Quarter Moon this intense aspect is offset by the Sun with Venus in sensitive and subtle Pisces. In yet another strong symbol of sensitivity,Mercury, fresh out of its retrograde motion, remains in conjunction with dreamy Neptune. It’s a relief in some ways that Mercury has returned to a more outer-directed mode, although since it does not entirely escape its retrograde shadow until April 6th, the Mercury Retrograde period remains in transition for these next few weeks.

The sensitivity that Neptune and Pisces symbolize can be easily offended, while the impulsivity of MarsUranustends to jump the tracks, so the likelihood is there for upset. The MarsUranus conjunction becomes more pronounced over these next few days, perfecting on Friday, March 22nd. We must therefore strive especially hard to find the high road in our dealings with others, going against the grain of cosmic influence by trying to be patient and countering the onslaught of impulsive energy. We do well to beware of untoward spontaneous actions during this week that could lead to accidents, or of letting our mouths get ahead of our hearts, remembering that the word that is once spoken cannot be taken back. The recommendation is that rather than reacting we all take a deep breath and count to ten – or at least five – before responding.

With these powerful planetary alignments, amidst the tension of the quarter moon, interpersonal relationship is very much on our minds and in our hearts. We also have the strong urge to be ourselves, at all costs, and this is vitally important as well. We win only by paying careful attention to these joint urges. As the Sun leaves the last degree of Pisces he seeks to remind us that two hearts are better than one; and it goes much better if the two are each whole.

# 7 – And some stimulation from Abraham to end on…

So, the truth is, there’s not one path. The truth is, there’s not only one right path. The truth is, all paths can be made to be the right path. The truth is, that every individual has a different path. And that different path that every individual is launching incrementally—and amending constantly—that true path is known by Source and is guided by Source if you will pay attention to the way you feel.— Abraham
