Feeling good, do-overs, happiness, Global Oneness Day, and make a difference

# 1 – Often I end one of my posts with a quote from Abraham, but this seemed too good to wait until then. Boy, think how life would/could be different if we followed this advice….

No matter what the issue is, don’t try to justify why you don’t feel good. And don’t try to justify why you should feel differently. Don’t try to blame whatever it is you think the reason is that’s keeping you from feeling good. All of that is wasted effort. Just try to feel better right now.—Abraham

I guess my two cents worth on this would be that this is not, at least in my opinion, about trying to deny or suppress however you’re feeling in the moment….being inauthentic is never a good idea. And it’s not about judging a certain feeling/emotion as negative or bad. It’s just recognizing that however/whatever you’re feeling is letting you know you’ve somehow disconnected from who and what you truly are, and then looking for a feeling that helps re-establish that connection with Self.

# 1 – Yea! Do-overs!

# 2 – A stimulating, thought-provoking post that gives everyone the opportunity to question their beliefs about happiness…..what it is and how you “get” it….

More stimulation on the topic of happiness….

So what is happiness to you?

# 3 – Could this be one of the “secrets” to happiness?

# 4 – Don’t forget that Global Oneness Day is coming up on Oct. 24th!

It will feature Gregg Braden, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Michael Beckwith, Neale Donald Walsch, and more. For details and to sign up go to: http://www.globaloneness2013.org/

# 5 – And I’ve heard this story a number of times, and was only going to watch the beginning of the video, but found myself hanging on to the end. Ah, the power of love and compassion….

“Show me the money,” Global Oneness Day, being “box-less,” crazyrichfree event, free album, and Abraham

If you are new to Access Consciousness, here’s a great question/process to introduce you to it. Access is all about the question,…. but not the answer, if you know what I mean.  Answers/conclusions put a stop to the flow of energy and expansion, whereas always being in the question continually keeps generating and attracting more possibilities/choices. The line of questioning is this particular example reminds me a little  of the famous “Show me the money” line in Jerry McGuire…..

What if receiving money was easy?

When you become aware that everything has consciousness and is willing to contribute to you abundantly, it may start to make you wonder why you are receiving so little?
Here it is… mostly we aren’t willing to ask! So here’s a question we ask of everything… the trees, the roads, the birds and the bees, people we love, people who drive us nuts… we ask this question everywhere and of everything (mostly we ask it quietly to ourselves unless we’re singing it in the car, otherwise people tend to stare and point!)

“Can I have the money now please?”

Sometimes we teach this simple tool at business events. Recently there was a young man who enthusiastically played with the question just to see what could show up. He came back a month later and said “I’ve been asking ‘Can I have the money now please?’ every day, every time I think of it. My monthly budget target is $40,000 in sales, this month I did $80,000 in just three days.” WOW!! How does it get even better than that?
So would you be willing to ask that question every time you think about money? And would you be willing to receive the money when it shows up?
Questions open the doors, answers and conclusions shut off the energy – The Access Consciousness Team.

# 2 – Box, what box?!

# 3 – An invitation you may want to take advantage of….

What does the energy of wealth and abundance mean to you?  What if your point of view created your reality? Are you willing to change any points of view? What if it was possible to be YOU without limited points of view? And what do you truly know?

Would you like to join this phenomenal talk series with Dr. Dain Heer, Curry Glassell, Christie Marie Sheldon and many other amazing people hosted by Jeneth Blackert. It begins Tuesday, August 20th, 2013.

To gain free access now and participate live in the series, go to:

# 4 – Get a free album download from MindPowerMP3s designed to increase your brain’s processing power, counteract the effects of aging and more.

# 5 – Maybe instead of labeling/judging emotions as positive or negative, we should refer to/describe them as energy stream connecting and non-energy stream connecting? :-)

Physical pain is just an extension of emotion. It’s all the same thing. There are two emotions. One feels good and one feels bad. Which means, you’re connected to your Energy Stream or you’re not allowing your Energy Stream.—Abraham

The art of blessing, Tumbleweed Homes, weight loss webinar, Generation One and more

I came across these words by Pierre Pradervand on the art of blessing a number of years ago and like to reread them periodically. Never fails to put me in a more expanded, compassionate state of mind….

The Gentle Art of Blessing by Pierre Pradervand

On awakening, bless this day, for it is already full of unseen good which your blessings will call forth;
for to bless is to acknowledge the unlimited good that is embedded in the very texture of the universe
and awaiting each and all.

On passing people in the street, on the bus, in places of work and play, bless them. The peace of
your blessing will accompany them on their way and the aura of its gentle fragrance will be a light to
their path. On meeting and talking to people, bless them in their health, their work, their joy, their
relationships to God, themselves, and others.

Bless them in their abundance, their finances…bless them in every conceivable way, for such
blessings not only sow seeds of healing but one day will spring forth as flowers of joy in the waste
places of your own life. As you walk, bless the city in which you live, its government and teachers, its
nurses and street-sweepers, its children and bankers, its priests and prostitutes. The minute anyone
expresses the least aggression or unkindness to you, respond with a blessing: bless them totally,
sincerely, joyfully, for such blessings are a shield which protects them from the ignorance of their
misdeed, and deflects the arrow that was aimed at you.

To bless means to wish, unconditionally, total, unrestricted good for others and events from the
deepest wellspring in the innermost chamber of your heart: it means to hallow, to hold in reverence, to
behold with utter awe that which is always a gift from the Creator.

He who is hallowed by your blessing is set aside, consecrated, holy, whole. To bless is yet to invoke
divine care upon, to think or speak gratefully for, to confer happiness upon—although we ourselves
are never the bestower, but simply the joyful witnesses of Life’s abundance. To bless all without
discrimination of any sort is the ultimate form of giving, because those you bless will never know from
whence came the sudden ray of sun that burst through the clouds of their skies, and you will rarely be
a witness to the sunlight in their lives.

When something goes completely askew in your day, some unexpected event knocks down your plans
and you with them, burst into blessing: for life is teaching you a lesson, and the very event you believe
to be unwanted, you yourself called forth, so as to learn the lesson you might balk against were you
not to bless it. Trials are blessings in disguise, and hosts of angels follow in their path.

To bless is to acknowledge the omnipresent, universal beauty hidden to material eyes; it is to activate
that law of attraction which, from the furthest reaches of the universe, will bring into your life exactly
what you need to experience and enjoy.

When you pass a prison, mentally bless its inmates in their innocence and freedom, their gentleness,
pure essence and unconditional forgiveness; for one can only be prisoner of one’s self-image, and a
free man can walk unshackled in the courtyard of a jail, just as citizens of countries where freedom
reigns can be prisoners when fear lurks in their thoughts.

When you pass a hospital, bless its patients in their present wholeness, for even in their suffering, this
wholeness awaits in them to be discovered. When your eyes behold a man in tears, or seemingly
broken by life, bless him in his vitality and joy: for the material senses present but the inverted image
of the ultimate splendor and perfection which only the inner eye beholds.

It is impossible to bless and to judge at the same time. So hold constantly as a deep, hallowed,
intoned thought that desire to bless, for truly then shall you become a peacemaker, and one day you
shall, everywhere, behold the very face of God.

(From the book by Pierre Pradervand: The Gentle Art of Blessing – Living One’s Spirituality in Everyday

# 1 – Familiar with Tumbleweed Tiny Homes? They’re a great little idea (pun intended)!

# 2 – Jessica Ortner at The Tapping Solution is offering a free weight loss webinar

For many people thinking about their weight and how they feel about their body is a very emotional issue, especially for most women. Society puts a great deal of pressure on us to look good and be in shape. And unfortunately 2/3 of women in the United States alone are overweight, with 1/2 of  them being obese. That leads to a lot of frustrated women who are constantly going on a roller coaster ride of going from one diet to another, trying to find the magical solution. But if weight loss is such an emotional issue, why is the solution always to look at diet and exercise, and not to address the emotions?

Jessica Ortner, an EFT Tapping expert, is offering a webinar this week that you can attend called “The Biological Weight Loss Trap,” that goes into detail on the major role that our underlying emotions, beliefs and traumas play with our weight as well as our confidence in how we feel about our bodies. She shares some pretty shocking science and research that prove exactly why ignoring your emotions and only focusing on diet and exercise doesn’t work.

This webinar presentation will show you how to figure out what is going on in YOU that is preventing you
from releasing weight, and just as importantly, what is holding you back from feeling comfortable and confident in your body. You can find out more and sign up here.

# 3 – The Shift Network and Barbara Marx Hubbard have a new series starting today titled Generation One

This series is a 6-month course that will guide you into co-creating a world that works for you and everyone else. Guest presenters will include Michael Beckwith, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Jean Houston, Barbara herself, and many others. For more details, go here.

# 5  – And in keeping with the Pick of the Day, a quote about blessing…

“One of the greatest needs this planet has for healing is blessing. it is under blessed. Under blessed reality is like empty calories.A blessing enhances possibilities for good. Like an enzyme for growth, like a catalyst in a chemical process, blessings serve to help a living process surmount the barriers that obstruct it.”

# 1 – Yep!

# 2 – Go here and get a free download of the first 4 chapters of David Cameron Gikandi’s A Happy Pocket Full of Money book. A great read and no sign up necessary.

# 3 – An insightful post about 5 words to erase from your vocabulary…

BTW, I ended up leaving a comment on the page saying I would also add the word “try” to Jeff’s  list….to me it’s a little like “but”…already hedging your bets and paving the way for the possibility of not doing what you’re saying you’re going to try to do.

I would also lump “mistake” in there with “failure.” Will be glad when those two words and point of view start vanishing from our vocabularies and way of thinking. Often what on the surface may feel like, look like, or be judged as a mistake, ends up being something that catapults us forward or causes us to re-align ourselves and change and grow. If we were doing the best we could in the moment, and it (the “mistake” or “failure”) helped us learn what we’d do differently in the future, then is it really a mistake or a choice that brought growth and increased clarity?

Also, someone named David left a comment on the blog that contained a neat tip you may want to try…

“Really great post! Here’s a really cool thing I read somewhere: While saying “I can’t”, do something very simple that you know you can do. For example, hold your breath for 10 seconds, or anything else you CAN do, for a very short time. Then, increase the time, maybe by another 10 seconds, all the while saying “I can’t _____”. It acts like “negative” therapy, and it tricks your brain. After a while, you realize that saying “I can’t” doesn’t really mean anything.”

# 4 – All of you out there that have a message to share may be interested in this innvitation to a free call with Peggy McColl…

YOU’RE INVITED to this free online training event!

Once you’ve gone to all the trouble of writing a book it just makes sense to put in the little extra effort it takes to make it a bestseller. In fact it’s almost ESSENTIAL for anyone hoping to turn their book, their message, into a solid income-producing career of coaching, public speaking, and further publishing success.

You see … a book, by itself, is not a business. But when you can add “best-selling author” to your resume, you throw open the doors of possibility. The trouble is most authors have no clue how to do it! (And don’t expect your publisher to show you – most of THEM don’t know how, either.) But Peggy McColl sure does.

And on Tuesday, May 21st at 2pm or 7pm EST, you can join Peggy as she explains not only how to make YOUR book a bestseller (whether you’ve written it yet, or not) … but also how to use your new bestseller status as a springboard for spreading your message through speaking engagements, coaching programs, and more.…and hopefully make a VERY comfortable living from it, too! (As she does.)

If you’d like to see how it’s done, simply use this link to visit the registration page. (Yes, you do need to register even though it’s free because attendance is limited.)

You’ll also find more details on this event there, too.

Hit #1 spot on Amazon.com!

“Peggy is absolutely brilliant at what she does. She was the lead player in a campaign that saw The Saint, The Surfer and The CEO rise to the #1 spot on Amazon within hours. Listen to what she says — she’s a master.”- Robin Sharma, Bestselling Author of “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari”

# 5 – And from Abraham…

“Let your alignment (with Well-Being) be first and foremost, and let everything else be secondary. And not only will you have an eternally joyous journey, but everything you have ever imagined will flow effortlessly into your experience. There is nothing you cannot be or do or have—but your dominant intent is to be joyful. The doing and the having will come into alignment once you get that one down.”

# 3 – Another entertaining and insightful blog post from Chellie Campbell at The Wealthy Spirit

My priorities in life were pretty well established by the time I was two. My parents told me that, at that age, I had taken a terrible fall down the stairs. They stared at me, frozen in fear that I had hurt myself horribly. But I stood right up, looked around and said, “Where’s my cookie?” It wasn’t until I found out the cookie was smashed and broken that I started crying.

A popular card from years ago had an elephant on it and read, “Things are getting worse—please send chocolate!” I can relate. Most of the time, I am a happy, energetic, positive person. People have even asked me, “You always seem so cheerful—do you ever get depressed?” Of course, I do. (I don’t cry over broken cookies anymore, though. That’s when the calories fall out.) I have my down moments, like anyone else. It’s normal. So then they want to know what I do to get over it.

I eat chocolate.

Chocolate is my anti-depressant drug of choice. Chocolate candy, chocolate cake, chocolate pie, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cookies, chocolate krispy kremes, chocolate chocolate. Ummmm. When “Once more, dear friends, into the breach,” doesn’t cut it, I forget Shakespeare and Prince Hal and say, “No more breaches today. I need a treat!” I give myself some time off, I cuddle up in my bed, turn off the phone and zone out with books, videos, and naps. And chocolate.

I am really perky after that. Giving myself permission to take a break and pamper myself makes me feel like I own my life. I fight the good fight every day. I get more “Nos” than “Yeses” every day. And sometimes I just need more “Yeses!” So I say yes to myself, yes I want chocolate, yes I can have chocolate, and yes, I say yes I will yes (with apologies to James Joyce).

No, I can’t do this too often or yes, I will be fat and broke, but some days, sometimes, I play hooky from my work and sensible eating and take a break with chocolate.

Where’s your cookie?

Today’s Affirmation: “I enjoy all of the wonderful abundance of life!”

Self Love Solution, full moon & Venus transit, hemp oil, plus a little Abraham on the side :-)

# 1 – An invitation to the Self Love Solution….

The Shift Network founder, Stephen Dinan, says: “… one of the brightest lights and most awakened beings I’ve met. You’ll be well served to pay attention to this luminous woman as she calls you home to your divine Self.” Rev. Michael Beckwith affirms: “(she) reveals great wisdom.” Who are they describing?   None other than Dr. Sue Morter, internationally recognized authority on bridging Science, Spirit and Human Possibility.

On Thursday, June 7th at 1:00pm Pacific, The Shift Network will host Dr. Morter for a free teleseminar:  The Self-Love Solution: How to replenish your life force while transforming out world.

We all know that self-love is the basis for empowered service to others, but it can be extremely challenging in the busy-ness of our lives.  Dr. Sue will show us how to find our way back home to our own hearts, embrace self-care as a spiritual practice and return to a state of “over-flow” from which we can lovingly serve others.

# 2 – An astrology update from shamanic astrologer Tami Brunk at astrologyforearthrenewal.com…

Within a 48 hour window, we will experience the partial Lunar Eclipse (tomorrow morning early!) and last-of-a-lifetime Venus Transit to the Sun (Tuesday evening. The ceremonial window to engage with these powerful events opened this morning (Sunday), and continues through the week.

The lunar eclipse can be viewed in western North America /Canada, Australia, Hawaii, and New Zealand. See where and when here.

Find out if you can view the Venus Transit with this map, and identify the exact times here.  In any case, treat this like an eclipse–wear your eclipse glasses or view the transit and take photos! Through a # 14 welders glass.

Deeper Significance of Eclipse and Transit

A lunar eclipse represents the acceleration of time, as the Moon passes through all the phases it normally goes through in a month, within minutes or hours. It has to do with the surfacing of our shadow material, to be healed and integrated.

In this case it also has to do with the magnetic effect of the intergalactic Mother, represented by the Great Attractor. What is it you wish to magnetize into your life? This is a powerful time for manifestation.

The Venus Transit marks the completion of an 8 year cycle that launches us fully into the next revolution of communication and interconnectedness, beyond what we can possibly imagine but emerging from our present “information age.”

It can also be energized by us as a moment where Life Source (Sun) energizes the feminine principle, assisting us in aligning human culture with Earth systems, and helping us to strengthen intimacy and nurture within our social connections and institutions.

Prayers for our Waters and Gaiai

June 5 is World Environment Day, and a group of Wisdom Keepers from across the globe are lighting fires and praying for the healing of waters and the Earth drawing on the sacred power inherent within the Venus Transit to amplify the effect of our focused attention on the healing of Gaia.

It feels important to mention that any ceremony or meditation we do is elevated by the use of humor and playfulness, which does not diminish the power of our intent, but rather helps to cleanse and purify our hearts and actions of a too-heavy agenda, or fixed idea of what is right.

The Occupy movement embodies that playful spirit, as did60,000 people who gathered in Mexico City last week to protect the Wirikuta Mountains, a sacred site of the Huicholes.

Super Full Moon/Partial Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius at the Great Attractor

This eclipse occurs with the Moon exactly conjunct the Great Attractor, an area of space beyond the Centaur Constellation, with tremendous mass that is pulling the Milky Way Galaxy and many others toward it at about 1 million miles per hour. This point in space deviates from the norm of our Universe’s tendency to expand.

I have been feeling the Great Attractor as representing a kind of intergalactic Great Mother, which embodies substantial matter, and gravitational pull. I see this as the in-breath of our Universe, as opposed to the out-breath that our modern, masculine, scientific mind has been so focused on-the expansive, evolutionary acceleration of our Universe.

Venus Transit in Gemini

The visible Venus Transit occurs twice, within an 8 year window about every century. The last one was in 2004, and the next will occur well beyond our lifetimes-105 years from now in 2117. Venus transits of the last 1000 years have occurred on the Gemini/Sagittarius axis, which suggests that it has to do with our spiritual evolution/involution, our cosmology, and understanding of Universal truths.

Here are some of the big events occurring within the 8 year window of previous Venus Transits:

1518-1526: Magellan circumnavigated the globe and proved that the world was round

1631-1639: Galileo insists the Sun is the center of the Universe. Descartes’ ideas taking root. Authority of the Catholic Church challenged.

1761-1769: Dynamics leading up to American Revolution, French Revolution, beginning of industrial revolution in Great Britain. Captain Cook mission to Tahiti for scientific knowledge.

1874-1882: Suffragette Movement emerged as a force, leaps in technology, telephone, light bulb, and recording equipment all invented. Theosophical Society and Christian Science movements founded.

 Venus as an Earth Planet

One way that astrologers and astronomers have seen Venus is as a mirror to the Earth, she is sometimes called an “Earth Planet.” This has to do with her similarity to an early Earth, and the fact that she has an atmosphere.

So we can see that her cycles and transits impact us in a very real, material way (Venus has been connected to wealth, abundance, and sensuality for a reason!)

When Venus and the Sun come together in this visible way in the signs of Sagittarius and Gemini, our knowledge, wisdom, and concept of truth enlarges (Sagittarius), even as technologies (Gemini) emerge from this wisdom and knowledge. The changes we experience are very tangible and real.

So it is that again, as with the Great Attractor, we have a magnetic, material dimension that causes our visions and meditations to be empowered very strongly at this time.

There is so much we do not know at this time, with Gemini being a very free, unpredictable, and wild sign-amplified with Venus in a Retrograde cycle, and Neptune’s influence’s very strongly felt with it stationing retrograde tomorrow (Monday).

So if we hit blocks in getting very specific in what we want for ourselves personally or for our planet, this is not a bad thing, it reflects the reality that a lot is up in the air, and we do well to release attachment to specific outcomes–because sometimes Spirit has something even bigger and better in mind for us–and it may come in strange packages!

The true magic now is in getting still enough to tune in, and listen to our own inner song, as a reflection of the broader harmony of Spirit, and then to energize the most essential feeling or energy of that song.

Fundamentally, this Venus Transit is about the marriage of Love (Venus) and Light (Sun). When we get still, it will be of great benefit for us to listen for, then focus our attention on, recent moments in our lives, as well as events in the outer world that feel most attractive to us.

Do they energize us, make us feel more alive, intimately connected, and in love with our lives and the planet? This may even be a feeling of intense, releasing emotion, like grief, or sorrow, that connects us more deeply to our human hearts.

Focus on the feeling, not the details, and know that as we focus our attention on these things, they gain greater momentum in our outer and inner worlds. This is not about perfection, it is simply about being willing to show up as ourselves, with presence and heart, and hopefully humor!

# 3 – And from mooncircles.com…

Sagittarius Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse: Lunar Eclipses, Earthly Instincts by April Elliott Kent

Here is what happens during a lunar eclipse: the Earth casts a shadow on the Moon, blocking it from reflecting the Sun’s light. How do you like that? Here’s the little Moon, furiously trying to find some light to bounce around, only to find there’s a big old ball of dirt in her way.

Similarly, at a lunar eclipse our ability to transmit and receive light – to channel and midwife divine inspiration – is trumped by the impulses of pure worldliness. Sometimes, it’s the worldliness of physical disease or limitation that casts a long shadow; other times, the pain of Earthly need and loss.

Usually, it’s a pain you recognize. Eclipses have 18 year cycles, so an eclipse falls in the same sign and the same part of your chart every 18 years, and in the opposite spot every nine years. What happens on the outside, in your outer life, is a little different each time – but the thing that’s touched inside of you is exactly the same. At the lunar eclipse, an antidote to these earthly difficulties seems to lie in the celebration of Earth’s healing, stabilizing powers.

Years ago, after my mother died, I was desperate to reclaim a sense of rootedness and security. So three days after a lunar eclipse fell in my fourth house, my husband and I closed escrow on the first house we’d owned together. Lord knows I had no solar light of inspiration to send out into the world, and not much light was able to each my barren, lunar surface; I was emotionally fragile and scarred. All I could reach out for and rely upon was the real, the tangible… the worldly. My own little ball of dirt; a stake in the planet. Nine years later, it’s career success that represents this security for me. I’m working harder than ever to carve out a place in the world outside my little fourth-house environment – but for exactly the same reason that motivated me to buy a house: security.

At the solar eclipse, later this month, it’s the Sun, the splendid, extravagant ego, that will be obscured by the wild, intuitive energy of the Moon, creating a funhouse mirror effect of exaggerated images and freakish sensations. But at this lunar eclipse, your vision is clear – or at least, you are guided by keen instinct; not the wild, emotional intuition of the Moon, but rather the quiet instincts of the Earth. They are the same instincts that guide the hand of the craftsman as it chooses just the right piece of wood for his project; as it hovers for a moment over one chisel, before selecting another that’s just right for the task.

At this lunar eclipse, there is something in you that longs to connect more deeply with the Earth, to drink from her cool waters and lay your head upon her sweet grass. Some long-ago pain has reared up and sent you packing, returning home to mother Earth for solace. As you gaze up at the half-bitten Moon, know that the Earth is offering you something, some smooth block of marble, a piece of wood, a section of clay. Open your instinctive mind, and ask yourself: What is it that wants to be brought into being? And what is the right tool with which to carve it out?

“Nobody else knows your reason for being. You do. Your bliss guides you to it. When you follow your bliss, when you follow your path to joy, your conversation is of joy, your feelings are of joy — you’re right on the path of that which you intended when you came forth into this physical body.”— Abraham

Mind Movie Matrix, astrology update, Hungry for Change, Conception Day 2012 and more!

# 1 – The much anticipated Matrix version of Mind Movies is getting ready to launch…

so they are offering some free information, webinars and resources to help people in learning more about creating the life of their dreams. Haven’t seen how the new version operates yet, but I used one of the older MM systems to create a number of personal movies  that incorporated the written word with images, sound (music), and movement to energize and actualize my vision and what is important to me. It sounds like the new system might also include brainwave entrainment and who knows what else. To find out more, go here. And if you’d like to see one of the movies I created a couple of years ago, use the link below.

# 1 – The astrological week ahead from Chris Flisher…

Week of March 26

The bold Aries Sun pushes us into unknown territory as it shakes the foundation with Pluto in Capricorn. Changes are afoot and radical departures should be welcomed as this points the way forward. Stagnation no longer satisfies our needs and restlessness seems pervasive. It is through moments of such profound planetary activity that we shake off apathy and events begin to unfold that drive home the point. Results may not be tangible yet, but the seeds are being planted. Mercury has dipped back into Pisces during his retrograde to stir up illusive concepts and muddy the waters. Pausing may be the best approach until these waters clear.

# 2 – If you missed last Thursday’s Conception Day 2012, here’s your chance to catch the replay….

Last Thursday was Conception Day 2012 featuring Steve Bhaerman, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Neale Donald Walsch, Jean Houston, Michael Beckwith, Jack Canfield, Lynne Twist, James O’Dea, Lynne McTaggart, Ervin Laszlo, and other luminaries. The event was broadcast worldwide to over 21,000 people, and if you missed it, here is the page where you can watch a Livestream® video replay (best option), or listen to the recording.

I’m not sure how long this page will be up so take a look as soon as you can:

You can watch or listen to the event here.

Astrology update, Michael Beckwith replay, muffins, and a little Abraham

#1 – Here’s the latest on the current astrological phase we’re in, thanks to Astrograph.com….

This Last Quarter Moon, taking place early on Friday, November 18th, brings to its closing phase the powerful lunation represented by the Scorpio New Moon from the end of October. Uranus and Pluto were an important part of that configuration and have therefore been a large factor in these three weeks that have already passed since that time, as evidenced by the transformational and even revolutionary nature of the events that have been seen to unfold. Also in our personal lives we are moving – although perhaps slowly and often painfully – toward the place where we are truly headed, despite attempts at denial on the part of the strictly rational mind. As the period closes we are invited by surrounding cosmic forces to make better sense of what has thus far transpired in this cycle of becoming. Since Mercury is also slowing down, preparing to turn retrograde next week, this is an almost meditative time, this week leading up to the New Moon and Solar Eclipse in early Sagittarius taking place right on the American Thanksgiving Holiday.
That New Moon was trine Chiron, called the Wounded Healer, and this Last Quarter Moon as well as the coming Solar Eclipse aspects Chiron as well. It is fitting that the painful nature of our societal situation has never been more poignant than it is right now, with legitimate protestors erecting tents in the downtown areas of our major cities, joined by fringe elements and by people with really difficult stories of being left behind by the system, even as that same system rises up to crush the protestors and remove their tents. Mercury and Venus in conjunction are almost exactly quintile Chiron in the Friday morning skies, while the Moon is moving to oppose it. There are also aspects from the Sun and Moon to volatile Uranus so that further surprises are likely to be in store, even as Mercury nears the time of its retrograde motion, when affairs may take a very different turn than was originally planned. We do well to take a spiritual rather than a practical approach to the happenings of these final days of November, trying our best to ”let go and let God” since there is really no other alternative. We know in our hearts, and can see in these stars, that this fall and winter ratchets up the pressure for change that the spring will in even greater measure unfold.
The Sabian Symbol for the Sun’s degree of this Quarter Moon in late Scorpio is illuminating: ”Indians making Camp.” Marc Edmond Jones calls this degree ”a symbol of man’s inexhaustible capacity for self-establishment and for finding everything he needs at hand [also] resourcefulness and finding real opportunity in the least promising of situations.” The Moon’s degree that accompanies it in this Quarter Moon configuration is ”A rainbow,” the biblical symbol of God’s grace toward man– and woman–kind, even in adversity. We will need these sorts of guideposts to get us through the difficult and yet richly rewarding days ahead.

# 4 – And a little Abraham is always good for the soul :-)…

Someone asked us recently, “Is there any limitation to the body’s ability to heal?” And we said, “None, other than the belief that you hold.” And he said, “Then why aren’t people growing new limbs?” And we said, “Because no one believes that they can.”— Abraham

p.s. If you are looking for a way to fortify yourself against possible radiation and other toxic substances, you may want to check out my website’s What’s New page for information about a superfood that is a superior blend of 7 whole-food sea vegetables. I did some research after hearing about it at Natural News and was impressed with both the product and company. The product supplies all your body’s daily nutritional needs, plus offers natural protection from radiation and other toxic substances. The company adheres to universal principles in the way the business is run and is dedicated to giving back to the community through Feeding America and offering fund-raising opportunities to non-profits across the U.S. That’s my kind of win-win-win situation! You can also get updated information about radiation and iodine, plus two free reports, one on weight loss, the other on glutathione and anti-aging. # 1 -I know the actual full moon was a couple of days ago, but this article by Julia Bondi is still very pertinent, insightful and inspiring….

Intuitive Message for the Aries: The Time is Now
by Julia Bondi

Justice, fairness, a people’s forum for discussion and
deliberation underscored by the assertion of the people’s rights is the
motivational impetus for many social movements that have arisen over the last
two years as transiting Saturn has been moving through Libra, intensified now as
transiting Uranus has entered Aries. At this Full Moon in Libra with the
Sun’s light reflected from the Moon in Aries,
it is important to focus on
the social movements spontaneously questioning the current unequal model of societal organization. How shall we live together in an ever larger world
inhabited by billions of individuals; how shall we live together in an ever
smaller world of shared resources on a small, sensitive planet?

The Full Moon illuminates the social movements and protests from Chile to NYC
to Egypt to China, demanding attention to collective frustrations and calls for
a more humane world. The Aries voice of the people is rising throughout the
instantaneously reverberating through social media as Uranus connects
each voice to every other voice. These “Aries” voices shouting Libra’s mantra,
“WE,” is what democracy looks like. We are the 99%, and we will not be silenced.

From 1927 through 1934 when Uranus was last in Aries, the world
experienced a frenzy of spending, speculating and social changes followed by a
long deflationary depression, high unemployment and social rage and riots.
During those years Uranus in Aries was not joined by Saturn in Libra as it is
now. Despite the similarity of those times to these, humanity has evolved from
the 1920’s into an interconnectedness which was neither imagined by nor possible
for the public then. Yet the United States and the world were transformed by the
events of that time economically, politically, socially and philosophically.
This equally transformative time is balanced by the potential of Libra to
envision a world that is more caring, more just, more peaceful and more
structurally humane

Aries awakens the capacity within each of us to assert leadership, heroism,
initiative, self-confidence and pride in direct truths and demands. When
Aries is expressed in harmony with his zodiacal partner Libra, power is
peaceful, visionary, inclusive, and socially responsible to the enlivening
. Aries the Warrior marries Libra the Peacemaker conquering the self to
cooperate with the other. It is only together we can build a new society which
is more true to our full human potential.

The time is now. The media is replete with all the old
arguments, divisions, polarizations that separate us. The world is birthing new
visions, new forums, new connections, and new respect for others everywhere.
This Full Moon asks each one of us to turn off the old anger and
righteousness and listen to all of the people throughout the world,
with guns and signs and those with drums and signs as they each represent an
expression of Aries and Libra. Only when the focus becomes common interests,
where we can agree and the willingness to work together will the work of
Aries/Libra succeed. Together, the 1% and the 99% are 100% of the people.

# 2 – And here’s more on the current astrological events and the sign of Libra, this time from Risa’s column in the Santa Cruz Good Times weekly publication…

Tuesday, 11 October 2011 13:45 Risa D’Angeles Columns Astrology

As we are in the sign Libra at the moment (the month and during our present time of transition), it’s important to understand the Libra tests we are undergoing. Then we view our experiences and choose with intelligence.

Of the three signs of Crisis (Leo, Libra, Capricorn). Libra is the Crisis of Balance. We must make a choice between two options, two opposing forces, the old ways or the new. One force surrendered to the other (personality surrendered to the Soul or vice versa). It is this Libra need to choose that leads humanity to the crisis, moving us from a state of chaos to a state of self-direction, equilibrium and balance.

Humanity is presently experiencing a great reorienting world crisis focused economically. We are struggling in this crisis to know the truth, to come to awareness, to shape a more peaceful world, effect choice and undertake monumental tasks that lead to a new evolutionary attainment and a triumphant (Scorpio, the sign after Libra) achievement. Humanity (we) determines the outcome through the choices we make now.

This week we enter the seven days of Succoth; building of temporary homes, decorated with palm, willow, citron and myrtle, remembering the Jewish people’s 40-year struggle in the Sinai desert, walking toward the promised “land of milk and honey,” surrounded and protected by “clouds of glory.” Humanity at this time is also “walking” toward a new  “land”—leaving Pisces and walking toward Aquarius (ages). We too must remember Earth is our temporary home. Let us “decorate” it with intelligence, freedom, community demanding release from the forces of materiality. These must be our choices.

#3 – With all the “bad” news inundating us, it’s nice to find an article that is positive about a new development that is good for our health AND the environment regarding a compound call hydroxytyrosol found during olive oil production…

# 4- And a little Abraham to “grow on”…

“Life is supposed to be fun. You said, “I’ll go forth and choose. I’ll
look at the data, and I’ll say yes to this and yes to this and yes to this; and I’ll paint a picture of the things that I want, and I’ll vibrate about them because that’s what I’m giving my attention to. And the Universe will respond to my vibration. And then I’ll stand in a new place where a whole new batch of yeses are available, and I’ll say yes to this and yes to this and yes to this.” You did not say, “I’ll go forth and struggle into joy,” because from your Nonphysical Perspective you know it is vibrationally not possible. You cannot struggle to joy. Struggle and joy are not on the same channel. You joy your way to joy. You laugh your way to success. It is through your joy that good things come.”— Abraham

Here’s a great little article about how “blueberries” are good for your health, but not in the way you’re probably thinking…
