# 4 – From Dr. Sue Morter…..reminds me of what Abe is always saying….

Habits or Have-Its?

Which are you living from? Your habits or your “have-its?”

When we wish, dream or desire, we tend to separate ourselves from that which we dream of. When we create from the energy of “someday” or “down the road” we actually create the energy of lack, missing and void. WE create the lack without even knowing it. It’s how we were raised, it’s all we know – it’s just a HABIT. WE have what we have because of what we HAB!

Have something different, by HAVING IT ENERGETICALLY first. Create the vibration of what it would feel like to HAVE it, and you shall.

# 5 – And some wisdom and insight from the Dalai Lama to end on…..

At the end of the talk someone from the audience asked the Dalai Lama, “Why didn’t you fight back against the Chinese?” The Dalai Lama looked down, swung his feet just a bit, then looked back up at us and said with a gentle smile, “Well, war is obsolete, you know.” Then, after a few moments, his face grave, he said, “Of course the mind can rationalize fighting back… but the heart, the heart would never understand. Then you would be divided in yourself, the heart and the mind, and the war would be inside you.”

  1. Hi Zirah :-) Thank you for the early Sunday morning inspiration! The mouse sleeping in the flower is so cute. :-) Being out in Nature is the best remedy for me at least. I have scaled down my time reading the news and filtered my Internet time. There is too much conflict and anger energy swirling around out there and I am not good enough at boundaries and permission roses yet to manage it without picking up too much energy I don’t wish to have in my space. I like to spend my time doing things that I feel are useful. I ask myself Is This Helpful? I can spend a half hour reading the news and then ask myself What Did You Learn? and it isn’t anything new. I’d rather take that half hour and go for a walk or something else. The birds started chirping this morning at about 1/4 to 4 am. I am getting ready to go out and spend some quality time walking around with the camera in the fresh air seeing what wants to be seen.
Who will I see today? :-) I hope you have a peaceful and fun Sunday! :-) <3

    1. OMG, that was certainly an early wake-up call from the birds. Sounds like they were anxious to get the day started. Hope you have some neat surprises from the resident flora and fauna on your outing. This time of year is so great for renewing my appreciation for all that Mother Nature provides to keep us nourished and refreshed mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually! p. s. A fun and peace-filled Sunday to you, too. <3
