# 3 – Love this…

“Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And that no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dreams, because every second of the search is a second’s encounter with God and with eternity.” –Paulo Coehlo, The Alchemist

# 4 – I posted this image on Facebook and a friend commented that it would make her less anxious about life if it read something like….”go at your own pace, and always know there is plenty more in the freezer.” HA! I think I like her take better.

# 5 – The Chopra Center is offering a free on-line 5 Days To Expanded Awareness course…..

# 6 – And Abe…..

My Every Thought Is Attracting Its Vibrational Essence… Whether you are thinking about wanted things or unwanted things, you are still sending out a “request” to attract more things like the subject of your thought. And all things that happen to you – all people, things, experiences, situations that come to you – come in response to your Vibrational invitation.

Noticing how things are turning out for you is one very clear way of understanding which Vibrational requests you are emanating, because you always get the essence of what you are thinking about, whether you want it or not. –Abraham

Enjoy!

  1. Hi Zirah :-) Thank you for the Sunday inspiration! :-) <3 It is a pretty nice day here for the last day of winter. :-) I went over to the park next door this morning to see what there was to see. I think I saw a little Lincoln's sparrow hiding in the marsh on his spring journey from south to north. They look a lot like the song sparrows, but enough different to tell them apart. I might go back tomorrow to see if I can manage a few photos if he is still around. They are very shy unlike the song sparrows. The song sparrows are cautious, but when they get a mind to, they pick a perch and sing to the heavens. :-) I love the first saying about living in the present. The fourth picture with the ice cream makes me think of the first. I agree with your friend. The hurry, hurry, hurry pace of modern life doesn't suit me at all. It has been a source of anxiety most of my life. When I learned how to do boundaries, I realized it wasn't my energy. I am not telling anyone what to do. :-) I do think, though, that the always on 24/7/365 nature of modern life is for the spirit what not sleeping is for the body. There is no recovery time and waking up with a fresh perspective all rested and perky. :-) For me, my absolute first wish is to live in the place of love and joy in harmony with my spirit. This is available Now without any need to do anything, but pay attention and let it in. Sure. There are lots of places I would like to visit and things it would be fun to see. If they happen, they happen. Rushing because I think I need to fit all these things in makes living in harmony with my spirit difficult. It is the still quiet moments when that is the strongest. I hope you have a joy-filled and successful week and Happy Spring one day early. :-) <3

    1. I’m w/ you as far as thinking that all the rushing, doing, etc, instead of just concentrating on being, is not only unhealthy, but often out of alignment w/ our true nature and spiritual guidance. But it’s something everyone must come to realize for themselves. And, yes, Happy Spring and a joy-filled, successful week to you, as well! Now I’m going to get a walk in, but the sun and temps both start to go down. :-)
