 PICK OF THE DAY:

A recent Note From the Universe (tut.com) sent to my inbox…

When you understand, Zirah, that what most people really, really want is simply to feel good about themselves, and when you realize that with just a few well-chosen words you can help virtually anyone on the planet instantly achieve this, you begin to realize just how simple life is, how powerful you are, and that love is the key.

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 –  Wow, Mother Nature does it AGAIN! (photo by Ben Gilberti)

# 2 – A stimulating, thought-provoking, insight-producing post on asking better questions….

Most of us want to improve some area of our lives, however at times this can be easier said than done. They say that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. This is very true. Another definition could also be asking the same questions over and over again and expecting a different result.  I was reflecting to myself the other day, on the importance of asking ourselves the right questions.

Our lives are filled with opportunities and challenges every day. Often times it can be our negative view points, poor attitudes or limiting beliefs which can block us from creating solutions to our problems. We could have a job we hate, be struggling financially, be in a relationship that isn’t fullfilling or have other problems. Many of us have been guilty, myself included, of going into the cycle of focusing on the problem by complaining and blaming, however this way of responding rarely gets us positive results.

FYI, I happened to leave the comment there that I thought a great question to ask, especially when experiencing/going through a difficult situation, is “What’s the (hidden) blessing in this?” Sometimes it’s not apparent that there is one until we are open to discovering/seeing it . :-) What do YOU think is a good question to ask?

# 4 – And Abe’s take on things….

There are those that say, if you do the uncomfortable thing long enough, it will become comfortable. But we are really not encouragers of that. We are encouragers of coming into alignment, and then taking the action. We are encouragers always of getting rid of the fear; we would never want you to keep doing things that you feel fearful about. And maybe the path of least resistance is just not get on the horse. Maybe the path of least resistance is to get on a different horse—but we would never move forward in fear.—Abraham

Enjoy!

I am a 21 yr. old Victoria's Secret model with an IQ of 278 and was recently featured on the cover of a Fortune 500 magazine as the world's first bizillionaire.....:-) Oops! Guess that was in a past life. In THIS lifetime I am the author of two books, one on effective visioning and Self-awareness, and the other on detoxing the body and improving overall health. I've also spent some time dabbling in watercolors, putting together two websites (www.allonetogether.com and www.evolutionmadeeasier.com) on conscious living, writing two blogs (Evolution Made Easier and Self-help Health), and doing several types of energy work. Yadda, yadda, blah, blah. :-) Anyway, I love when I find some new teaching, inspirational quote, enlightening information, health-promoting protocol, or other resource that ends up having a positive impact on my life. And I really enjoy passing along my "finds" so that others might benefit from them as well. In fact, that's the main reason I created my websites and blogs. So I hope you enjoy and make use of the information, articles, videos and other resources I'm drawn to share. And may it all somehow support you in creating a happier, healthier, more abundant life for yourself and those you care about! Visit Zirah (B. L.)'s profile on Pinterest.
