I came across this right (shared on FB by Sandra Maa) after talking to my best friend about the sadness she was feeling about her cat going M. I. A. She said this looks like an orchid angel bird. Yes! Mother Nature is awesome!

Start telling a better-feeling story about the things that are important to you. Do not write your story like a factual documentary, weighing all the pros and cons of your experience, but instead tell the uplifting, fanciful, magical story of the wonder of your own life and watch what happens. It will feel like magic as your life begins to transform right before yours eyes, but it is not by magic. It is by the power of the Laws of the Universe and your deliberate alignment with those Laws.

Stepping Out of Anxious Thoughts and Feelings

There is no worry so great, no anxious rush for resolution so strong, that these terrible twins cannot be taken up, reduced, and returned to their basic nothingness by that mind brought back into its native quietude. Learning to be still is not just the remedy for our self-wrecking states, but proves to be their permanent cure.


If anxious thoughts and feelings had any power to help us reach some place in life where, finally, we’d be released from the pain of always feeling rushed… don’t you think we’d have reached there by now!


If we want to understand why we feel troubled as we do, we need only “tune-in” to the parts of ourselves we’re listening to. All the “sounds” of life are revelatory, but none are perfunctory; so, if we keep hearing discordant thoughts and feelings within us — whose vibrations disturb us — it isn’t because life sings this song. Our unrest continues only because of an unseen interior choice, and to see the truth of this is to realize one of the great keys to the Kingdom of Heaven: as goes our attention, so comes our experience.

Perhaps there have been some protective layers cloaking what you did not know was actually good and right and true.

Perhaps you spent years trying to have what was already perfect be better.

Perhaps you are coming to the realization that you actually knew all along, and as you do, things will start to stir and shift and reveal in graceful (and not so graceful) ways… until one day, finally, your good ole goodness is out and free and flowing again.

So when that thing just came out of your mouth– or reared its head among those you’d have rather pleased or impressed in some way– perhaps it was the medicine you’ve been praying for (if even secretly). :-) Perhaps you’re just finding the Seeker itself. And you have to.

Anything you do to overcome or prevent, causes a spotlight on the very thing you are wanting to overcome and prevent. You cannot take enough action to compensate for the Energy that you’re flowing.–Abraham

# 2 – A recent Note From The Universe (tut.com) to my inbox  reminded me not to get caught up in the “how” of things and just leave that to the Universe. Plus, how cool is it that the Universe used the term “zippy” ?!

By surrendering the “cursed hows,” Zirah (as in how your dreams will come true), to life’s magic, you not only free yourself up to imagine your dreams without fear, but you free me up to bring about those dreams much faster (as in double-pronto, zippy). 

You lucky salt. Dream, Zirah, fear not, and fasten your seat belt because sweet change can come so fast.

Any weakness faced by looking in this new direction becomes the foundation of a new strength. Face those fearful feelings. Fearlessness follows.

Release all resentments.

It’s important for you to see that holding on to some hurt, or hatred, over what others may have done to you in the past, makes you their slave in the here and now. Is that what you want? Learn to ask for something new by refusing to relive what’s been tearing at you. This higher request releases you from raging resentments.

Keep your chin up.

Even if all of your thoughts are going that way, tell your chin not to fall down. As it obeys, it gives a message to your head, “Hold yourself up high!” And so your head helps your eyes to keep looking forward, where they can see, at last, that your thoughts are often blind. Keep your chin up. Consciousness likes heights. Dare to follow!

Here’s extra encouragement. There is no such thing as a wasted step when your final destination is self-transformation. As you awaken to this Higher Life within yourself, you naturally attract higher, and happier events.

PERSONAL NOTE: In regard to the “keep your chin up,” try this….smile big….especially when there doesn’t seem to be a reason to. Just notice how it suddenly makes you feel. I don’t remember all the scientific explanation behind it, but supposedly the action and what happens with your facial muscles sends neurological feedback to the rest of your body that makes it automatically feel happier/better. When I find myself caught in a negative mental loop in the middle of the night, if I do this for a couple of minutes it immediately helps break the “spell.”

I’ll Not Ask Others to Become Different for Me… Let your Vibrational Escrow percolate, and you do your best to give it your undivided attention so that you become a Vibrational Match to it. And then, when the Law of Attraction brings all of it together and brings you, because you’re a match, together with it – then there aren’t any bugs to work out. Don’t ask the person, or people, that helped you to define what you want to become what you want so that you can have what you want. (Oh, that was so good.) Instead, let them be the Step One part of it (the asking part). Use your willpower and your decision to focus upon what you want – and then the Universe will bring you what you want.—Abraham
