# 1 – Through 3/31, iHerb.com, one of my favorite places (see my 10/7/12 post for more details) to shop for health supplements, personal care items, organic foods, and more, is offering free 1 – 3 day shipping on orders of $20 or more, plus no sales tax.

In additon to getting products at discounts prices, you can also choose something from their free samples and take advantage of their special trial offer items. Plus, if you are a new customer and order $40 or more and use code CJG192, you get a $10 off coupon and an added discount if your total is $60.

# 2 – For those of us desiring to become more self-sufficient, but with no previous gardening experience, this has step-by-step instructions for getting started with a home garden…

# 3 – Jo Dunning is offering a free Activations of Awakening on Saturday, March 23rd at 9 am PDT. You can sign up here.

# 4 – The Global Coherence Initiative is offering a free webinar titled DNA and Cell Reprogramming via Epigenetic Information Delivered by Magnetic Fields, Sound Vibrations and Coherent Water. Wow, that’s quite a title!

The on-line event will be from 6 to 7 pm PDT, on April 6th, and will feature Dr. Rollin McCraty and Dr. Carlo Ventura. You can sign up here.

# 5 – Ever consider that trying to always think positive is not necessarily the healthy thing to do?

More stimulation on the subject, this time via a quote from the book Dying to Be Me

Sweeping statements such as “Negative thoughts attract negativity in life” aren’t necessarily true, and can make people going through a challenging time feel even worse. It can also create fear that they’re going to attract even more negativity with their thoughts. Using this idea indiscriminately often makes people going through seemingly tough times feel as though the’re bad for attracting such events, and that’s just not true. If we start to believe that it’s our negative thoughts that are creating any unpleasant situation, we can become paranoid about what we’re thinking. On the contrary, it actually has less to do with our thoughts than our emotions, especially what we feel about ourselves.

# 6 – The same day I read the  article mentioned in # 5, I received this Abraham quote in my inbox…

Every emotion, from despair all of the way up to ecstasy; from complete Connection to who-you-really-are, all the way to pinching yourself off pretty severely, all of those emotions are about your perception of freedom, or your perception of bondage—every one of them.— Abraham

Enjoy, “Zippy”

I am a 21 yr. old Victoria's Secret model with an IQ of 278 and was recently featured on the cover of a Fortune 500 magazine as the world's first bizillionaire.....:-) Oops! Guess that was in a past life. In THIS lifetime I am the author of two books, one on effective visioning and Self-awareness, and the other on detoxing the body and improving overall health. I've also spent some time dabbling in watercolors, putting together two websites (www.allonetogether.com and www.evolutionmadeeasier.com) on conscious living, writing two blogs (Evolution Made Easier and Self-help Health), and doing several types of energy work. Yadda, yadda, blah, blah. :-) Anyway, I love when I find some new teaching, inspirational quote, enlightening information, health-promoting protocol, or other resource that ends up having a positive impact on my life. And I really enjoy passing along my "finds" so that others might benefit from them as well. In fact, that's the main reason I created my websites and blogs. So I hope you enjoy and make use of the information, articles, videos and other resources I'm drawn to share. And may it all somehow support you in creating a happier, healthier, more abundant life for yourself and those you care about! Visit Zirah (B. L.)'s profile on Pinterest.
