Great new social site for conscious evolutionaries, March astrology, free Qigong training, Guy Finley and Abraham. How does it get any better?

TIP FOR TODAY:

Here’s part of the astrology for March from Astrograph.com. With both Mars and Mercury being retrograde much of the month, it should prove interesting :-)…

The Astrology of March is powerful, and features two important retrogrades:Mars and Mercury, along with the archetypal energies of ChironUranus Neptuneand Pluto. The red planet, still retrograde in Virgo, gets back to almost the beginning of the sign by the end of the month, heading toward its direct motionon April 13th. Mercury also retrogrades this month, from March 12th to nearly the end of April when you take the period of the retrograde shadow into account. We can expect a more deeply meditative and internal time than the usual Mercury retrograde, because Mars is also retrograde in mutual reception with Mercury, and because the mist of numinousity represented by Neptune and the sign of Pisces is so greatly emphasized by the recent Pisces New Moon from February 21st.

Meanwhile Mercury, after the 11th, begins its retrograde; so that the last two thirds of the month exhibit the usual symptoms of deep introspection, missed connections and mechanical breakdown. Since Mars is alsoretrograde, this is exacerbated by the factor of the mutual reception between them. Also, during the early part of its retrograde period Mercury will aspect retrograde Mars, as well as UranusChiron and Pluto. Insights will be paramount and supplant action as the most important mode in operation. At the March 14th Last Quarter Moonthere is a powerful Grand trine in Earth signs between Venus conjunct Jupiterretrograde Mars, and Pluto. This phase is normally introspective in any case, and it may well be that during this mid-month period we will be getting down into the deepest places within us, perhaps to a part of ourselves that has been wounded in the past, and attempt to work with these deeper parts of ourselves in a constructive and practical manner.

# 3 – Another insightful, thought-provoking article from Guy Finley. I love his distinction between self-improvement and self-correction…

HOW TO EXPERIENCE NEW INNER GROWTH

Key Lesson: Your possibilities in this life for interior growth are as unlimited as is your willingness to consciously meet your limitations. We are a peculiar race of beings. On one hand, each of us professes to be concerned with growing and self-developing while, on the other hand, none of us ever wants to be wrong. This is a paralyzing contradiction. If we are always right, or at least afraid of being wrong, what have we to learn? Couched in our hidden attitude is that we already know everything. This is a serious problem if we are at all serious in our quest for self-liberation since this higher freedom comes to us in direct proportion to what we are willing to learn about ourselves.

Learning is a correction process. Real correction, at any level, always purifies the matter and so leaves it less confused and thus in a higher state. Taking this beautiful idea one step further reveals to us the promise that self-elevation always follows self-correction. You may not as yet fully understand the implications of this powerful Inner Law, but it holds within it the promise of endless heights.

The whole idea of modifying ourselves, of slowly improving through time, is born out of our reluctance to be wrong. Perhaps this is why so few of us ever really learn to stop hurting ourselves. Let’s take a moment and look at the difference between self-improvement and self-correction. With self-improvement we teach ourselves lessons of our choice based on what we think we need to learn in order to grow. Self-improvement teaches and confirms the process of self-addition where we acquire new knowledge, behaviors, and beliefs.

With self-correction we learn for ourselves that we have been teaching ourselves incorrectly. Seeing this allows us to let go of our incorrect thinking. As we experience the benefits of letting go of ourselves, vigorous new inner growth then takes place as naturally as it does for a young plant that has been moved from a shadowy place out into the sunlight. A new tree cannot grow in the shadow of an old one. Learning can only take place outside the shadow of pride. Anything that resists correction is a part of what is wrong.

No matter how it may feel or appear, all personal difficulties are born out of a lack of understanding. By trying to hide the problem from yourself, you shut the window on the possibility of looking into your current life-level, which is the only world where real correction can take place. This is why we must never hide anything from ourselves. Remember, once the problem is out of sight, so is the only possible solution.

Here are two higher guidelines for realizing real solutions:

  1. If your intention is to go higher, then the detection of what is wrong within you is the correction.
  2. If you see you are wrong, then at that instant you can give up being wrong.

# 4 – And it’s always nice to end on a little Abraham :-)…

“The best way to accomplish an improved environment is to focus upon the best things about where you currently are until you flood your own vibrational patterns of thought with appreciation, and in that changed vibration, you can then allow the new-and-improved conditions and circumstances to come into your experience.

Look for good things about where you are, and in your state of appreciation, you lift all self-imposed limitations (and all limitations are self-imposed) and you free yourself for the receiving of wonderful things.”–– Abraham

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – An insightful article from Guy Finley titled Don’t Let Your Soul Starve to Death

Key Lesson: We will make detailed preparations for a single day off, lay out careful plans for a special date, or spend untold moments worrying over what we should wear; but few of us rarely take the time to prepare our interior life to receive the higher impressions that awaken our soul to its substance and meaning. We go through our lives in a continual dance of being filled with something that needs an answer, and then going out and finding that answer… only to find out that our answer wasn’t quite the answer. Then, as we bring to ourselves whatever we thought we needed, it changes. Or, as we actually see that it doesn’t fulfill us, then the thing inside of us that wants this answer changes.

Take the First Step to Wholeness

Slowly but surely we reach the point where we understand that this change, this movement of the part inside of us that always has what it needs in mind, is itself not the basis for providing an answer, but turns out to be the basis of our dissatisfaction.

If we’re interested in spiritual things, we gradually realize that what we really need is to understand this nature that seems to be a bottomless basket, because there is no peace in it. Every time we find the peace that it promises by answering this nascent desire — this movement that comes into us — then we go here and there, and we always wind up eventually with the feeling of sand running through our fingers… if not by the object of our desire actually falling apart, then by the very nature of time.

Eventually we reach the point where we start to realize that we are not going to find peace, contentment, happiness, strength, fearlessness — all of the things that in our heart of hearts we wish we had — outside of us. That may sound like a simple idea, but we have to go through thousands of painful experiences before we start to realize that it’s not a matter of looking in the wrong place. These multiple “dead-ends” are just the effect of the real problem, which is this: we’ve been blindly following a part of us that “tells” us that it knows what we really need, but that is actually clueless! And with this realization, we begin a completely new stage in our journey.

Now we understand that the longing to seek out separate pleasures arises within us from separate parts of us that seek only a momentary completion of themselves (and often at the cost of the whole of us as well). In this new light of self-discovery we see two things at once: first, it’s impossible to arrive at wholeness a “piece” at a time. With that much clear, comes the startling realization we’ve been searching for all along. If we don’t need to “create” this wholeness we seek, then there’s only one thing left for us to do: we need to see, and agree that what we seek already lives within us, and we within it. Now we know our one great task: watch for whatever promises us freedom, and then quietly, consciously refuse to see ourselves through the eyes of what we know is incomplete. Then we live wholeness itself, instead of spending our lives looking for it.

New moon in Pisces, free distance healing, the wonders of honey, and a little Abraham

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – Some thought-provoking, inspiring and insightful information on the new moon in Pisces phase we’re in from Astrograph.com

The New Moon that is upcoming in Pisces, taking place in the early degrees of the sign on Tuesday, February 21st, is an exciting one. The inter-galactic newsreels have lately been featuring the story of Neptune into Pisces, for the first time in over 160 years, and the symbolism that this event brings. This New Moon accentuates this phenomenon and gives it plenty of juicy energy. Neptune represents mystical dimensions beyond what is immediately available to our five senses of this physical world, and so this New Moon that is so connected with Neptune brings this perspective to bear as we attempt to deal with what we lovingly and laughably call the “real” world. Neptune is a trifle ungrounded, and perhaps even spacey in its application, being connected with a higher vibration than we can actually see, and could also manifest as overly enthusiastic idealism or even deception. And yet it has its advantages also. It might help to recognize that what we can concretely see and touch is only a portion of the story, and perhaps the smaller one at that.

The other powerful planetary factor in Pisces at this time is Chiron, the Wounded Healer, now at 4-plus degrees of the sign. The reason that this New Moon in Pisces brings these combined factors of Neptune and of Chiron into greater focus is that the New Moon, at 2-plus degrees of Pisces, takes place almost exactly at their midpoint, in conjunction to both planetary archetypes. Interestingly, the date when Chiron first entered Pisces was April 20, 2010 – the day of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill – reflecting a sense of painful process for the ocean, ruled by Neptune and Pisces. Now, with Neptune moving into Pisces in conjunction with Chiron, we might see further developments concerned with that disaster, which was a tragedy of mis-management as well as of failed technology. On the positive side, we might as a culture develop a concerted attempt to make the oceans a higher priority and this determination could even extend to global warming, a factor that threatens to raise ocean levels worldwide.

Chiron with Neptune can also be thought of as the wound of separation from the divine; in other words a spiritual connection that is perceived but is also perceived as lacking. This surely defines our present era. The ingress of Neptune into Pisces contributes greatly to the tenor of these times that we are living though, and asks of us, as the Uranus-Pluto square gets ever closer and moves toward its first exact contact in June, that we seek the soul solution. This is the paradoxically fruitful vertical connection with Spirit that sees every trial as a chance for increased growth in awareness of what is really going on. The New Moon also strongly aspects Uranus in active Aries, reminding us that we need all our powers of intuition to see through to the core of the important matters that we face. It might be a case of the water glass half-full. With the right perspective we can rise above circumstances and make of our current situation what the Chinese phrase calls to mind regarding the ideograph for crisis – a combination of danger and opportunity.

# 2 – And here’s some more great information about the Pisces new moon from Simone Butler…

Pisces New Moon: Sink or Swim by Simone Butler

“When in deep water, become a diver.” –Joseph Campbell

In the wake of Whitney Houston’s untimely death, addiction is back in the news. Houston, a talented Leo with an impulsive Aries Moon, struggled with her demons for a long time. But, as is the case with many famous people, drowning her troubles proved too great a lure.

One way or another, we all struggle to fill our aching voids. A grande margarita or pint of dulce de leche ice cream helps blot out the emptiness of your job. A wild weekend with a stranger gets you past your loneliness—for a while. For some, addiction may be as simple as filling the emptiness by watching TV or talking on the phone.

All addictions stem from the same root: feeling separate. Making the connection to our inner Source through prayer, meditation or spending time in nature reminds us that we are one with all that is.

The Source is symbolized by Pisces and its ruler, Neptune. Connected to all things magical and mystical, but also delusional and destructive, Neptune is amplified since recently returning to its home sign of Pisces for the first time in 150 years.  The next 14 years will be an inspiring but potentially dangerous period. Past transits of Neptune through Pisces coincided with the Knights Templar and the Crusades, the Black Death in Europe, Henry VIII’s break with the Catholic Church and Magellan’s voyage around the world, the birth of the Theosophy movement, the events leading up to the Civil War, and the discovery of gold in in California.

The February 21 Pisces New Moon (2:35 p.m. PST) inaugurates this new 14-year phase, as it joins Neptune to christen the ship. At this New Moon, all things that elevate the spirit are favored. Now’s the time to take that art course you’ve been dreaming of, sign up as a hospice volunteer, study mysticism or take a trip to Hawaii and swim with dolphins. But with Neptune there’s also the risk of being weighed down by fears and sinking.

Success at navigating Neptune’s waters depends on your willingness to trust the Great Unknown. This may not be easy, even for water signs who are accustomed to going with the flow. Heady air signs, practical earth signs and action-oriented fire signs may be challenged as well. We will all need to learn how to be more compassionate toward self and others, and pay attention to our intuition.  If you feel like you’re floating in the void, unclear of your direction, ask for dreams and hunches to guide you. Don’t allow your fears to spin out of control.

Because the New Moon in Pisces conjuncts Chiron, the Wounded Healer, opportunities exist for healing core wounds. But the New Moon also sextiles expansive Jupiter in sensual Taurus, providing a much-needed anchor to Mother Earth and the body. Preparing the soil for your spring garden or going for a hike will help to ground you.

Rituals performed at the Pisces New Moon will have great power. Here’s one from my book, Astro Feng Shui: Making Magic in Your Home and Life, to help with healing yourself and visioning new possibilities. Or, simply put on some haunting music, relax in a rose-scented salt bath and let Neptune’s healing waters wash away all your cares.

Living With Intention, The Intention Movement, setting goals, the danger of root canals and Abraham. What a mix!

# 1 – Here’s an offer from Lynn McTaggert about living with intention…

Tele-seminar of the Week:  Going Deeper with Intention

Speaking of intention, few of us live consciously for any length of time, even those who have practiced directing our thoughts.

That’s why I recorded a 90-minute program called Living with Intention, to offer practices and techniques for bringing intention into your daily life. You will become an influencer – to the people and the environment around you – instead of being influenced all the time by others.

In Living with Intention, you will:

  • find out how to select the right time and place for intending
  • discover how to achieve great focus
  • learn how to use the five senses
  • harness visualization to help you intend
  • discover ‘high-road’ thinking
  • explore the many ways of seeing
  • find out the difference between prayer and intention
  • uncover the importance of belief
  • learn the most important emotional states
  • learn how to send healing thoughts
  • discover the power of intention in small groups
  • find your true path through intention

To find out more or to get hold of an immediate download, click onhttp://www.lynnemctaggart.com/programs/the-field-series-courses/intention-going-deeper

If you’re new to intention, and have been disappointed by other books claiming to help you change your life with little more than what appears to be wishful thinking, you can check out my Starting Out recording, which starts from the basics, and takes you through all the processes – the right mind states, the right heart state, the ways you can be specific and trust the process – until you are consciously intending in your daily life.

# 2 – A thought-provoking  post at Zen Habits about goals…or more aptly, not having  goals.  Seems to me part of the “problem” with goals is they usually reinforce our inclination to get caught up in doing rather than being…

http://zenhabits.net/no-goal/

PICKS OF THE DAY:

# 1 – I have listened to a number of the presentations in the previous You Wealth series and am excited to learn that the next one, titled The Intention Movement, will be starting on Feb. 21st…

It’s a CIRCLE of HIGHER ENERGY and INTENTION designed to shift your life and clear your energy, your blocks and your way to abundance.  And in case you are wondering, this is not just a another tele-summit, but a conscious intention circle designed to shift your life, the environment, your money, and your future.  This is also about “healing”/transforming the world, and a whole community of leaders are rallying behind this MOVEMENT and joining the circle, including Darius Barazandeh (founder), Rikka Zimmerman, Dr. Bradley Nelson, Christie Marie Sheldon, Gay & Katie Hendricks, Dr. Kenji Kumara, Jennifer Hough, Ann Taylor, Richard Gordon, and Panache Desai.

(You also get an Energy Awakening Kit as a bonus for signing up for this free event!)

# 2 – This can be a scary read, but I have had, and continue to have, problems with the effects of root canals and wisdom teeth extractions. Wish I’d been aware of this kind of information much earlier in life…

HFCS and mercury, Andrew Cohen on evolution, Access in Alpharetta, coconut oil for Alzheimer’s, and some great Abraham

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – The other day the post included information about the difference between sugar and HFCS. Here’s even more bad news about HFCS, including the fact that much of it is tainted with mercury…

http://articles.healthrealizations.com/HeavyMetalDetox/2012/02/13/Warning-Your-Soft-Drinks-and-Favorite-Snacks.aspx

# 2 – From EnlightenNext and Andrew Cohen, here’s some stimulation. The only thing I would ask/say/add is “What about the NOW?” It’s good to be forward thinking and have a vision of  what we are intending to bring forth in the future, but in my point of view the point of power is always in the now….

Preoccupied with the Possible

The following quote was taken from Andrew Cohen’s answer to a reader’s question on his new blog:

QUESTION: What do you mean when you say that awakening to the evolutionary impulse literally changes everything and inspires you to become a completely different person?

ANSWER: This means that when we awaken to what I call the “evolutionary impulse,” our fundamental relationship to life, to existence, changes in the most dramatic way. Now we have discovered an absolute, non-relative reason to be who we are. We’ve realized that we are products of an evolutionary universe, we’re on a moving train, and that train is going somewhere. This realization shifts our attention from the past and the present to the future. Now we are constantly preoccupied by what’s possible instead of what has already been. Awakening to evolution instills a super life-positive inspiration to be in this world as ourselves and, most importantly, to make sure that the world is a better place because we are here.

To post a response to Andrew’s answer or ask a question of your own, please visit Andrew’s blog »

PICKS OF THE DAY:

# 1- Anyone who knows me knows I can’t say enough good stuff about Access Consciousness and Rikka Zimmerman,….

So it goes without saying that I am excited about her upcoming Access event in Alpharetta, GA,….a 4 hour drive, but well worth it. Anyone wanting more details and a flyer for the event, just leave a comment and I will be happy to oblige. :-)

# 2 – Anyone who knows me also knows I’m wild about coconut oil,….it smells and tastes great and has sooo many benefits. Check out this video about using the oil for Alzheimer’s….

# 3   And some great words of wisdom from Abraham….

“When you are feeling the discomfort from seeing other people in a lackful or needy situation, and you decide to help them from your place of discomfort, no lasting value ever occurs, for two important reasons: first, you are not in alignment with the Energy of your Source, and so you have no real value to give; and second, your attention to their need only amplifies their need.

Of course, it is a wonderful thing to help others, but you must do it from your position of strength and alignment, which means you must be in alignment with their success as you offer assistance, and not in alignment with their problem.

When your awareness of their situation makes you uncomfortable and you offer help to make them feel better and to make yourself feel better, you are not in the Vortex and you are not helping. When you feel an inspired eagerness to offer something because you want to participate in their happy, successful process, your attention to their success harmonizes with the point of view of your Source; and the infinite resources of the Universe are at your disposal. And that does help.”— Abraham

Astrology update, radiation update, bentonite clay, sugar and HFCS, Super Mind Jukebox, and Abraham

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – An astrological update on the current moon phase from Astrograph.com

LAST QUARTER MOON

The coming Last Quarter Moon, taking place on Tuesday, February 14th, Valentine’s Day, brings an interesting slant to this romantic holiday. This is because Venus, planet of relationship, is square to Pluto on this day, bringing up the dark side of relationships and of our human motivation in general. This lunar phase is traditionally in any case is a time for deep reflection, a time when we will search our souls for a better take on the meaning of recent events and for what is truly going on with our lives. This of course applies to the more obvious and surface meaning of events, with plenty to look at even in this regard. But then there is the underlying meaning – and several different aspects of that meaning – and it is this deeper level that might in the early days of this week become more readily available to consciousness and reflection.

We are accustomed to the importance of dream life and inner imagination, and what clues these complex messages from the subconscious can provide us for better understanding ourselves. And it is helpful to note that so-called real life can also be interpreted in much the same way, at a symbolic level; providing thereby necessary clues to understanding. Our deepest desires are seldom really known to us without extensive examination, and this time period therefore provides us with some necessary fuel for that journey of exploration. This needn’t be so dire but it might be that issues do arise for us to look at more closely within the area of relationship: issues such as possessiveness, jealousy, or the fierce currents of desire represented by compulsion and obsession.

If untoward events associated with the important relationships of our lives do transpire it will be for the useful purpose of bringing to greater consciousness some of the deeper areas of our psyche. This is especially true with the coming week’s events since Mercury crosses into nebulous Pisces on Monday, the day before the Quarter Moon, there to conjunct Neptune and to begin to conjunct Chiron, reaching it by Thursday. Therefore from Tuesday onward a process is initiated revealing to our conscious minds the places within us where we might exhibit behavior patterns resulting from earlier wounding, perhaps going as far back the parenting we received in early childhood. And these patterns can color our relationship experiences in the present moment.

The prescription for this time period then is to watch and wait; to let our unconscious process reveal itself to us without judgment and with as little drama as we can manage. Taking the largest possible picture into account we can begin to see where the value is, in providing the necessary raw material for advancing our progress. We go notch by notch and step by step, spiraling upwards around the mountain of our inner soul-assignment in movement toward the spiritual destiny that we secretly crave.

# 2 – It’s been almost a year since the nuclear radiation disaster in Japan happened. You don’t really hear anything in the news about it these days, but that doesn’t mean the situation has gone away….

http://www.naturalnews.com/034948_Fukushima_radiation_arctic_mammals.html

# 3 – And speaking of radiation, here’s an interesting article from the Natural News newsletter by Cheryl McCoy of AboutClay.com about uses for bentonite clay in dealing with radiation….

There has been a lot of press lately about radiation from the Fukushima disaster being found in our food supply. Many people around the world are being told to avoid drinking milk and eating vegetables due to the contamination. Even though our government is downplaying how widespread this contamination is and the health risks this could create, we should all be taking precautions to protect ourselves. No one wants to be exposed to any avoidable radiation. Calcium Bentonite Clay has been proven to adsorb and remove radiation. Washing your produce in a solution of Calcium Bentonite Clay and water will remove radiation, as well as pesticides and other toxins.

How does Calcium Bentonite Work?

Calcium Bentonite Clay has a uniquely strong negative ionic charge. When activated with water it works like a strong magnet, adsorbing and absorbing anything with a positive ionic charge (i.e., toxins, pesticides, radiation). The clay captures these substances and removes them as the clay is eliminated or washed off.

To remove radiation from your produce, Perry A~ Arledge, author of Living Clay, Nature’s Own Miracle Cure, recommends starting with liquid clay. This is Calcium Bentonite Clay mixed with water at a ratio of 1 part clay to 8 parts water. In a large non-metallic bowl, mix 1/4 cup of liquid clay with 1 quart of water. Toss your fruits or vegetables in this clay water making sure they’re completely covered and let them sit for about 10 minutes. Rinse and dry them, and store them as you normally would.

You can add Calcium Bentonite Clay to your milk and drinking water if you’re concerned about the possibility of contamination there as well. Add approximately 1 ounce of liquid Calcium Bentonite Clay to a gallon of organic raw milk or water. Some people prefer to let the clay settle to the bottom of the liquid and discard that portion, while others prefer to shake it up and drink them together. Either is fine. Once a contaminant is ‘caught’ by the clay it will not be released, and the clay cannot be digested by your body. All contaminants adsorbed by the clay will be removed upon elimination. And it’s always a good practice to take one to two ounces of liquid Calcium Bentonite Clay twice a day, to keep your body detoxed.

Will any clay work?

No. When choosing a healing or detoxing clay, there are several criteria that should be followed. You want to choose an all natural, non-processed clay that is very pure and uncontaminated, with a pH of 8.5 or above. And you want to buy from a reputable company that provides quality control testing and professional packaging and has people available to answer any questions you might have. While Calcium Bentonite Clay will not interfere with the vast majority of medications, if you’re taking medication, check with your pharmacist to make certain it contains nothing that the clay would adsorb.

# 6 – And it’s always nice to end on a little Abraham, especially in any blog posts mentioning radiation :-)…

“It is not attention to lack of wellness that makes you sick. It is attention to the lack of many things… Chronic attention to unwanted things holds you in a place of disallowing your physical well-being, as well as disallowing the solutions to other things you are focused upon. If you would focus your attention upon the experience of physical well-being as much as you focus upon the absence of it, not only would your recovery come quickly, but maintaining your physical well-being and balance would also be easy.”— Abraham

# 3 – An insightful and thought-provoking article from Guy Finley (one of my faves :-)) titled Stop Repeating Painful Life Lessons….

Key Lesson: Half measures produce half results, and half results are one and the only lessons only half learned. Lessons half learned guarantee you’re halfway there, once again, to repeating those lessons in your life that you have yet to learn.

Higher Help for Persistent Problems

Why do we end up as often as we do in those painful situations in which the last words usually spoken go something like, “How in the world did I get myself into this mess?” Sound familiar? It should. And while the answer to this woeful question should rescue us from similar future sticky situations, it rarely works out that way. This is very important to admit to ourselves. The truth is we keep falling into the same old snares. Why?

There is an authentic answer to this question that may surprise you. The reason we haven’t as yet realized real rescue — and so usually wind up trapped in a tangle once more — is because every time we ask ourselves how we’ve managed to get stuck again, we usually turn right around and tell ourselves the answer. And so the sad cycle starts all over! It doesn’t have to go this way. With a little closer examination and the help of higher ideas, we can see that we couldn’t have possibly come up with the “answer” that we did. Listen to this new and true explanation as to why we seem to keep repeating the same mistakes in our lives: If we really knew the answer to that recurring problem of ours, we wouldn’t have had it in the first place!

Look closely and you’ll see that the answers you are always given as to why you are unhappy is that someone or something outside of you is making you feel that way. What’s wrong with that answer? Everything.

There is no profit in blaming your painful position in life on other people or an uncaring world. This is the solution your lower nature wants you to swallow, because it knows that if it can get you to see life its way, then you will have no choice but to spend the rest of your life struggling with life. This is its conquest. First it blows you off course and then it gets you to blame ill winds. Its very existence depends on keeping you off balance and looking the wrong direction. You can start seeing through the blame game by learning to let go of all the familiar but self-abandoning answers this lower nature wants you to believe in.

Real rescue from our problems can only come to us from above the level of our problem. And yet, in order for any solution to be real, it must be found somewhere within us, since that is the real location of our problems. The question then becomes how can we reconcile these two seemingly separate and distant notions, rescue from above and solution from within? The answer may surprise you. Above and within mean the exact same thing when it comes to attracting higher help.

We can call this new and higher location of real rescue the True Self or our own undiscovered higher nature. Name this indefinable divinity as you will, the point remains the same: it isn’t what we call this compassionate intelligence that gives it authority over our painful conditions. Its power is its elevated position, which is above and outside of the lower nature’s sphere of influence. This beneficent and loving wisdom becomes your intelligence whenever you refrain from attempting to rescue yourself long enough for it to show you that what you need is more understanding, not more battle plans. Temporarily abandoning yourself in this special way, where you consciously watch and so suspend the influences and activities of the lower nature by refusing to go along with its directives, allows authentic understanding to flow into the vacancy and give you real direction.

# 5 – And a little Abraham to end on…

“No one can deny you anything. Only you deny it through your vibrational contradiction.”— Abraham
