Need to know info about MSG & food additives, Bruce Lipton interview, and Abraham

I remember using kinesiology last year to do some self-testing about a certain health issue and toxicity from MSG and food additives showed up as one of the causes/culprits, which surprised me because I thought I’d been doing such a good job of avoiding such things. Then I read an article at NaturalNews.com today about all the “synonyms” these substances can go by, and all the things they are normally a part of, and I realized why the testing came up with what it did. They’re virtually everywhere and in everything. What an eye-opener. Here’s a link to the article http://www.naturalnews.com/031520_food_flavoring_ingredients.html. And be sure to check out the RTNC411.org link  in the article and the list (http://www.rtnc411.org/tlist.html) of all the aliases these harmful substances can go by. Fascinating reading!

On a more positive note and to “off-set the fear factor” of the Natural News article, Doug Parks at The Conscious Activist is interviewing one of my favorite people today…Dr. Bruce Lipton.  Lipton is a pioneer in new biology and an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. A cell biologist by training, he was on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine, performing groundbreaking stem cell research at Stanford University.

Lipton is also a pioneer in applying the principles of quantum physics to the field of cellular biology. His work focuses on the mechanisms through which energy, in the form of beliefs can affect our biology – including our genetic code, and has a way of explaining complex subjects in an easy to understand and entertaining way. He is also the bestselling author of “The Biology of Belief” and the more recent “Spontaneous Evolution”, co-authored with Steve Bhaerman, a noted expert in bringing together holistic health, personal growth, spirituality, and politics.  Catch the interview live or in replay here: http://www.TheConsciousActivist.com/BruceAnd here are some words of wisdom from Abraham to end with…

“Each of us gets to have our own perspective from which we desire or prefer, and Source Energy answers every single one of us. There’s no shortage of Source; there’s no shortage of answers; there’s no shortage of substance. There’s no shortage of all of the stuff or non-stuff that any of us wants – there’s no shortage of it. It expands proportionately to our ability to desire it.”— Abraham

“Some things you’re not letting happen right now because the timing isn’t perfect for you. Some you’re not letting happen because you are very aware of where you are. But all things, as they are happening, are happening in perfect order. And if you will relax and begin saying, “‘Everything in its perfect time. Everything is unfolding. And I’m enjoying where I am now, in relationship to where I’m going. Content where I am, and eager for more,'” that is the perfect vibrational stance.”– Abraham

Enjoy, “Zippy”

I am a 21 yr. old Victoria's Secret model with an IQ of 278 and was recently featured on the cover of a Fortune 500 magazine as the world's first bizillionaire.....:-) Oops! Guess that was in a past life. In THIS lifetime I am the author of two books, one on effective visioning and Self-awareness, and the other on detoxing the body and improving overall health. I've also spent some time dabbling in watercolors, putting together two websites (www.allonetogether.com and www.evolutionmadeeasier.com) on conscious living, writing two blogs (Evolution Made Easier and Self-help Health), and doing several types of energy work. Yadda, yadda, blah, blah. :-) Anyway, I love when I find some new teaching, inspirational quote, enlightening information, health-promoting protocol, or other resource that ends up having a positive impact on my life. And I really enjoy passing along my "finds" so that others might benefit from them as well. In fact, that's the main reason I created my websites and blogs. So I hope you enjoy and make use of the information, articles, videos and other resources I'm drawn to share. And may it all somehow support you in creating a happier, healthier, more abundant life for yourself and those you care about! Visit Zirah (B. L.)'s profile on Pinterest.
