“We enter a little coffeehouse with a friend of mine and give our order. While we’re approaching our table two people come in and they go to the counter -
‘Five coffees, please. Two of them for us and three suspended’
They pay for their order, take the two and leave. I ask my friend:
‘What are those ‘suspended’ coffees ?’
‘Wait for it and you will see’
Some more people enter. Two girls ask for one coffee each, pay and go. The next order was for seven coffees and it was made by three lawyers – three for them and four ‘suspended’. While I still wonder what’s the deal with those ‘suspended’ coffees I enjoy the sunny weather and the beautiful view towards the square in front of the café. Suddenly a man dressed in shabby clothes who looks like a beggar comes in through the door and kindly asks
‘Do you have a suspended coffee ?’
It’s simple – people pay in advance for a coffee meant for someone who can not afford a warm beverage. The tradition with the suspended coffees started in Naples, but it has spread all over the world and in some places you can order not only a suspended coffee, but also a sandwich or a whole meal.”
(I’m thinking I might try the unsweetened vanilla almond milk I use instead of the coconut milk. Will let you know how it turns out. :-))

# 5 – And this from Abraham…
“You’ve trained yourself to face reality. You’ve trained yourself to tell the truth. You’ve trained yourself to tell it like it is. So in the beginning, these fantasies feel a little inappropriate, because it’s like you’re fooling yourself. Sometimes people will say, “Well, isn’t this just denial?” And we say, “We hope so!” We hope that you are denying the absence that you do not want. And we hope that you are embracing the presence of what you do. But somehow the idea of denial has become a dirty word to you; like it is virtuous to face the reality of the horror of your own lives. And we would be ignoring anything that did not please us. We would get our eyes on what feels good.”— Abraham

# 4 – I just finished reading Enoch Tan’s Mind Reality Matrix e-book and found it to be very thought-provoking, insightful and stimulating…..the kind of thing where I did a lot of highlighting in yellow of things I wanted to remember. If you would like a free copy yourself, just leave a comment on this post or e-mail me at info@allonetogether.com and put “Tan e-book” in the subject line.
# 5 – And this Abraham quote ties in nicely with Tip # 5 because one of the things the Tan book focuses on and explains is how you really are the center of the Universe…
“When you offer a vibration, the Universal forces are working in concert with each other in order to satisfy you. You really are the center of the Universe.”-– Abraham
# 6 – And here’s an insightful astrology update from Chris Flisher on the big cosmic line-up taking place in the next few weeks. It’s titled “In Like A Lion. Out Like a Lion,” which pretty much says it all…
The common phrase for this time of year is that March “roars in like a lion and goes out like a lamb.” This notion sprang from the winds that usually kick in and herald the arrival of the Sun and longer days and warmer temperatures as April appears. This year, that may be true for the weather, but it is hardly the case for the astrological forecast. We have a planetary party that will likely bring down the house this month as the activity shifts from Pisces to Aries. And this is no small backyard bar-b-que. This party includes the entire block and then some.
Let’s begin with some of the details. As the Sun moved into Pisces in late February it was joined (in the same position) with Mercury, Mars, the Sun and Neptune (which has not been in Pisces for 164 years.) So, to say that a special guest arrived at the party is, indeed, an understatement. Neptune casts an enormously influential theme over the party as illusion, addiction, delusion, and fantasy all come along in his bag of tricks. This is the planet that rules over the subconscious, escapism, and all things dealing with the psyche; the good parts and the bad. When in Pisces, Neptune’s influence is at home; meaning that the presence of those types of events and themes are more likely, or at least, we are more aware of them.
Later, in the month Venus spices up the party. Every mutable sign (Pisces, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius) will have felt the impact of this powerful time. This party unfolded as we saw major political and social events occur on the world’s stage; the Pope resigns unexpectedly, the fiscal cliff appears, Bradley Manning is on trial, Syria heats up, the Oscars happen, and the list goes on as humanity shifts to meet this rising swell of historic events. This is a Pisces party to say the least, especially when you consider the symbolism of many of the events. The fish (Pisces, Icthus) is the symbol of the church. For the Pope to resign at such a time is actually quite profound and symbolic. (Consult me individually if you wish more information on that subject. chris@chrisflisher.com.)
This has brought a lion-like carnival (add the cruise ship debacle) of events as Pisces unfolded. Now with Aries standing in the wings, we have no gentle lamb awaiting, but an even mightier lion with an even bolder roar, beginning as Mars enters Aries on March 12th on the heels of a new Moon on March 11th. Arriving at its home rulership, Mars is particularly flamboyant and visible in Aries, a cardinal fire sign. At home and comfortable in the fiery realm of Aries, Mars sets the stage on fire with all sorts of action, aggression, ambition and aspiration. Mars is also an impulsive, impetuous planet so prepare for fireworks as other planets gather in. The most notable planet that Mars joins is Uranus. Uranus has not been in this position for 84 years, which brings us back to 1929, when the Great Depression and the early rumblings of WW II were already in the air. As Mars starts to apply (get closer by degree) to Uranus we can expect to see dramatic events. Uranus tends to be rebellious, revolutionary, inventive and innovative, so a full gamut of events are likely. Dramatic does not always imply disaster. That is important. Great discoveries, treaties and other types of positive events are also likely. A week later Mercury ends its retrograde cycle on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th and the celebration could be especially lively as everyone dons their green. Mercury will be next to Neptune so the possibility of over-imbibing is quite real. As we know, Neptune is the planet of escapism, so be wary.
By the time the Sun reaches the Aries Point (the first degree of Aries) and the Vernal Equinox we have three planets in close proximity (Uranus, the Sun and Mars) with Venus joining the gang on the 21st and bringing a lustrous light to events. The Aries Point is known for its ability to drawn fame and recognition so be mindful of that. At the same time the Moon will be moving through Cancer, a cardinal sign (water, initiation) and completing a square (90 degrees) to the Sun, Mars and Uranus. The Moon rules our emotions so things could get quite tense and, yet, the best is yet to come. At this point from March 20th to the 22nd just about anything goes with regard to scandals, aggression, exposure of major figures, and passages of significant bills. The major themes for this period are speed and drama.
If that weren’t enough, we have an incredibly powerful Full Moon approaching on March 27th at 6 degrees Libra. As you may know, Libra is another cardinal sign (air, initiation) that feeds directly into an explosive mix of planetary energy. At the time of the Full Moon, Mars will be in a challenging aspect to Pluto and the possibility of aggression is quite real. Both planets share Scorpio as a co-ruler and with Saturn holding court in Scorpio we can rest assured that a correction or scandal will appear that might involve some very high-placed characters. (I have my thoughts on who they may be, but you are best contacting me individually for that information.)
To summarize, we’ll have Mars, Venus, Sun, and Uranus all squaring Pluto and opposing the Moon in Libra for the Full Moon on March 27th. All of these planets are in cardinal signs which indicate new beginnings and initiation. This is a cosmic Molotov cocktail if ever there was one. Let’s hope that events turn in a positive direction, but we should prepare nonetheless. Not all events spell catastrophe and it is important to remember that positive change occurs through action, though difficult at times. Hold good intention as your guide and practice self-awareness. Aim for justice, since it is long overdue yet it can prevail. Contact me at chris@chrisflisher.com for more information about YOUR specific horoscope.

# 4 – An astrology update from Chris Flisher (www.chrisflisher.com) about Jupiter going direct, and at the same time all the other planets are direct as well (a pretty unusual event!)…
Week of January 28, 2013
This week, the wise and powerful Jupiter stations direct for the first time since October 4, 2012. It’s been a while and we should all be happy to see it moving forward. Retrogrades are a part of life, just like setbacks, so who isn’t happy to see them move forward? Where is Jupiter in your chart currently? That is where you’ll likely see optimistic movement. When the energy turns and surges forward we begin to see action and expansion once again. This is a part of the natural sway of life events. This also brings into focus the favorable connection between Jupiter and Uranus. As such, these two planets bring their own different characteristics to the conversation. However, when working together they also provide a backdrop for positive and progressive types of events and these are welcomed by all.
How does this work for you?……See video for extended forecast for planet.

I wasn’t going to watch the whole thing, but it was so interesting I couldn’t pick a good place to stop.
# 5 – An astrological update on the full moon lunar eclipse in Gemini from Chris Flisher…
A full Moon Lunar eclipse this week in the early degrees of Gemini could send an emotional message that resonates with largesse and all things grand. As Jupiter lingers continuing in retrograde and sits within orb (range) of the eclipse it can bring a powerful amplifying tone to the events. It is quite likely that words will be flying and investigations under way. Most events associated with this event will be BIG. Eclipses do bring about revelations and epiphanies, especially with Uranus in Aries in a square to Mars and Pluto. These can come quite out of the blue, literally, and surprise a few in the process. As with almost all Gemini events, communication, words, and research are typically involved, so we can expect epiphanies to come to light shortly thereafter. Perhaps that fiscal cliff we hear so much about is looming large and unavoidable. Or are we under some sort of diplomatic assault? Something may surface that leaves an indelible impression.

Want more? Here’s an excerpt from a great article by April Elliott Kent at mooncircles.com…
I’m no fan of Karl Rove. But to be fair, we all have blind spots, and since late 2010 a series of eclipses in Gemini and Sagittarius have lobbed a series of truth grenades into our carefully curated, agreeable little information bubbles. If you haven’t had some of your beliefs shattered in the past few years, then you’ve built one tough bubble for yourself.
This Full Moon is our last Gemini eclipse until November 2020. Here is one last opportunity to reach for objectivity over self-serving beliefs – or to let the trickster fool you one last time, and live in happy but doomed ignorance. After all, it shows poor character to present an intentionally skewed version of reality, but an even poorer one to believe in it yourself.
“There is nothing for you to go back and live over, or fix, or feel regret about now. Every part of your life has unfolded just right. And so —now — knowing all that you know from where you now stand, now what do you want? The answers are now coming forth to you. Go forth in joy, and get on with it.”— Abraham

# 3 – A truly inspiring story about someone who responded to cyber bullying in a way that not only diffused the energy, but set a wonderful example for the rest of us…
# 4 – Insight into the Libra new moon from astrograph.com…
This New Moon, taking place in the 23rd degree of Libra early on Monday morning, brings us fresh energy at an important time, as we shift seasons into fall and winter from the easy weather of the summer months. Within our collective organizations we are also shifting, as the school year begins, the responsibilities of the holiday season near, and in America in this year particularly, the presidential season looms. The Day of the Dead, celebrated in America as Halloween, also approaches and we might be reminded that at this time of the year the veil between the worlds seems to thin, so that we are subject to the intrusions of the numinous into ordinary affairs.
This symbolism is reflected in the powerful configurations that accompany this New Moon energy of late Libra. Saturn, having moved into Scorpio, contacts numinous and otherworldly Neptune by trine, while the New Moonforms a quintile aspect of 72 degrees to Scorpio‘s ruler, Pluto, residing inCapricorn. The mutual reception of Pluto and Saturn enhances their interaction and reflects the transformational nature of these times – when familiar structures are falling apart; presumably in order that they might be reconstituted nearer to our collective heart’s true desire.
The Moon parallels Neptune, and the Sun parallels Saturn, so that both the practicality of the Saturnian impulse and the free-wheeling numinousity of Neptune are each given a boost by the light of this New Moon, while their trine remains within about half a degree of exact, and while their interaction pulls closer to the earth the mystical and creative energies of the unknown darkness within the psyche. Primitive societies were frightened of old by this energy, known to them as the influence of ancestors and spirits of all kinds, and sought to propitiate these dark powers with ritual, certainly one valid way to respond to these energies — and one that is carried over into the religious institutions of our own day. Just as Saturn allows these spiritual powers to become more tangible, Neptune also takes Saturn away from its earth-bound center into fantasy. This is a time when we must beware of the dangers of self-deception and of the confusion that arises when we idealize a situation too completely so that we miss the signs pointing to intelligent caution.
There is certainly also a positive side to the creativity implicit in Neptune. Contrary-wise to the above, we can see our dreams actually begin to manifest once we have the wisdom to recognize our true path and the courage to pursue it. It is therefore vitally important to carefully look into whether we are dreaming true or false, as we face the challenges of this powerful year of change. The Sabian symbol of this New Moon degree is “A chanticleer rooster greets the dawn” and we might take this as a symbol of the soul, tuned to cosmic realities that are not entirely visible, yet still able to respond to these subtle signs with fervor and enthusiasm even though the outcome is far from clear.
This is above all a time for discernment; a time when everything is on the line, for good or for ill. We all of us must choose, and go to our own deep center as we do so. Hopefully we will do our best to choose life – for the planet and for our society and for ourselves – so as to further the evolutionary purpose working itself out though each one of us.
Emotions may be running much hotter as the Moon glides by aggressive Mars in Sagittarius. While Mars works well in the fire sign of the Archer and bounces off that reflective quality, it also fuels the trigger of Uranus in fellow fire-sign Aries. We might expect to see a building of tension as a result. Perhaps a verbal duel might be in order as presidential debates seek to solidify two wildly diverse points of view. With Jupiter opposing the whole scene from across the zodiac in Gemini we can be certain that the conversation gets amplified to the highest degree. If an advantage comes into to view during these times it may be critical to drive home the point. This may not be a theme for shy flowers. This could be a game-changing dialog that sways a mass sea of people in another direction like a school of fishes, desperately seeking the truth.
How does this work for you?……see video for extended forecast for planet.

# 5 – Food for thought from Dr. Bruce Lipton…
Politics As Usual … NOT!
The political season is upon us and the divisive rhetoric, extreme polarization and caustic discord is just another sign of our impending evolution. In regard to the state of the world, we are exactly where we are supposed to be in this unfolding evolution.
Insight is offered through the fact that we are playing out a fractal version of a previous evolution-the fall of the reptiles and the rise of the mammals. Our reptilian version of civilization originated with the evolution of the “lizards,” the rise of small “Mom and Pop” manufacturing shops at the onset of the Industrial Age, and culminated with evolution of the “dinosaurs,” the giant corporate conglomerates.
The imminent demise of our reptilian phase is revealed in two facts: 1) oil, the “blood” of the dinosaur, is fast running out and 2) the reptile’s “food,” the source of its energy (money), is also rapidly disappearing. Historically, the crash of the dinosaurs leads to the “meek,” the nurturing mammals, taking over the world.
In the historic pattern of evolution, the origin of birds appeared between the age of reptiles and the origin of mammals. Civilization’s evolutionary bird-phase originated with Wilbur and Orville Wright’s first flight at Kittyhawk in 1903. The fullest evolution of humanity’s bird-phase ended with astronauts landing on the moon in 1969. The image of our Earth taken from the moon was the seed that conceived the mammalian phase of human civilization.
Our cultural mammal phase was physically represented by the emerging community of Hippies and has been silently growing and reproducing below the vision of the ruling dinosaur class ever since. It is no coincidence that as our reptilian phase is coming to an end, we are seeing the rise of the Hippies’ progeny, the “Millennial Generation” (those under 40 years of age). They now represent nearly half the world’s population, they are an internet-connected global community, and they could give a crap about Dinosaur politics as usual. The coalition of the Millennials is the raw material that will provide for a radically new version of human civilization!
My dear friends … We are the meek! We are the new breed of “mammals” here to nurture the planet and all of its life forms. I am proud to be among all of you, for we are also planetary “imaginal cells” offering a new direction for the emerging mammalian civilization, one that will nurture the planet and ourselves. Recognize, that we cannot build what we imagine possible on the cultural foundation that now exists. Anything we try to do to repair the current culture would be tantamount to putting a bandage on a festering sore.
It is time to focus on the emerging, and imminent, planetary evolution. Indeed there will be widespread pain and hardship for many during the chaos of this passage. It is inevitable that there is always a certain amount of unavoidable trauma associated with birth … in this case the birth of a new civilization. The new biology emphasized on my web site offers an understanding of how we may regain control of our lives and provides insight on how we may safely evolve into the future as the old system falls away.
This is a time to attend to the “new” baby and not focus on the disintegrating afterbirth. We must let go of our unsustainable current civilization and become the midwives of a brave new world!
Conclusion:
1) Chaos is necessary part of our evolution and will have a heartbreaking and heavy toll on human life.
2) A new generation, the “Millennials” will inevitably take over as the chaos evolves into order
3) Civilization requires new knowledge that will empower us to move into a new way of life.
4) Civilization’s evolution will lead to a spontaneous healing of the Garden
With Love, Bruce

# 4 – Alan Cohen on what evolutionary enlightenment “looks” like…
“At the level of mind, it looks like the awakening of new capacities of intelligence, as our thoughts become animated by our awareness of the infinite. Because of this, we’re able to embrace complexity, see subtlety, and appreciate nuance in ways previously unimaginable. And at the level of the personality, it looks like lightness of being. Enlightenment, expressed through the human personality, is lightness of being, because now we no longer take our psychological selves so seriously. We know that is only a small part of who we really are. When these profound qualities emerge in the soul, mind, and personality of any individual, it is a delight beyond words!”—Andrew Cohen
# 5 – I just discovered this and it looks to be a great resource…
Eckhart Tolle has apparently launched an on-line TV channel and I plan to go back and explore the site more when I have time. Under the “Free Content” section there’s a free “un-course” and more. Be sure to watch the video clip on the home page featuring Eckhart and Neale Donald Walsch.
# 6 – And here’s the ole “the better it gets” axiom from Abraham…
“When you deliberately seek positive aspects of whatever you are giving your attention to, you, in a sense, tune your vibrational tuner to more positive aspects of everything. And, of course, you could tune yourself negatively as well. But as you are deliberately looking for positive aspects in yourself or in others, you will find more of those things: ‘The better it gets, the better it gets,’ for you get more and more of what you are thinking about —whether you want it or not.”— Abraham
